Doctor Who - A Wound in Time

The Doctor pulled a lever on the TARDIS. The high-pitched wailing sound started as he ran around the ship, pressing buttons and shaking appendages. He glanced into his screen and looked surprised. It showed the TARDIS rocking through time and space... being followed by ten other TARDISes. Suddenly, sparks began to spray from the controls and the ship lurched violently. There was a flash.

The Doctor was lying on the ground. His face was grazed. He lifted himself up and looked around. It was the TARDIS. But it was his old TARDIS. "What?"

He ran around, scratching his head and thinking about what had happened. He spotted a mirror and looked in it. He saw a face that he hadn't seen in years. His amazement was cut short when the TARDIS began to shriek again. The Doctor sprinted over to the console. "No. No. No!"

All eleven TARDISes, carrying their incarnation of the Doctor, collided. Instead of creating a massive black hole that could have destroyed the galaxy, the other ten TARDISes and their Doctors disappeared from existence. Because of this, the entire universe became a paradox. Thousands of reapers poured from the explosion, trying to sterilise the Universe.

Think i'll make a Time Lord. Yeah I know it is pretty Gary Sueish but come on, Time Lord.
Just need to think of a reason to have one that isn't stupid....

Age - 28
Gender - Male
Race - Human
Height - 5' 6".
Weigh/build - Fairly well muscled, burly.
Backstory - He was a fighter in a small town boxing ring until one day he was attacked by Slitheen. His entire family was killed, and he would have been too had the Doctor not shown up in time. As a show of his gratefulness, he pledged to join the Doctor in his adventures.
Appearance - Fairly healthily built, with a neat trimmed beard and closely cropped hair. Deep Blue eyes, and a nose that has been broken at least three times.
Clothes - Boxing Gloves, a blank, black t-shirt, and blue jeans. He wears a knee-length fur coat when its cold.

Name - Theta
Age - 86
Gender - Male
Race - Time Lord
Height - 1.75 Meters
Weigh/build - An average build. Not fat but certainly not skinny. Hardly any muscles is clearly weak.
Backstory - He is still considered nothing more than a child in Time Lord society. He lived his whole life on Gallifrey, dreaming of getting a TARDIS to travel through time and space. One day he was just walking outside when he was engulfed by a bright light, caused by the paradox with the Doctors' TARDISes. He was transported to an area near to The Doctor's TARDIS. With no idea of the eventual destruction of the Time Lords, Theta finds himself a man out of time.
Appearance - Theta has white skin. Theta has black hair that goes two thirds of the way down his neck. He has green eyes and is clean shaven. He looks young, like a human in his late teens or early twenties.
Clothes - An average looking suit. He has a white shirt, black dress shoes, black socks, black suit trousers, black jacket and black necktie.

Age - 174(running on the assumption trees grow slower and live longer, this would be roughly equivalent to a human in their 30s)
Gender - Male
Race - Tree of Cheem
Height - 5'11"
Weigh/build - Thickly built, but short for a male his species, around 320 lbs/145 kg(again, assuming a creature of wood is heavier than one of flesh)
Backstory - Bej grew up on a colony of the Trees, living in a verdant, temperate forest taking up most of the land area of its planet. His family, and he, were land brokers, cultivating and trading in the large tracts of land owned by the Trees. One fateful day, however, an object appeared in the sky, and, over a period of weeks, grew larger and larger. The Doctor, having his usual timing, arrived on the planet and informed Bej and the rest of the populace that the object was a giant trash ball, having been jettisoned from an interstellar garbage scow, and that it had been caught in the planet's gravity well. The Doctor was able to scan the mass and found it to contain radioactive waste, meaning that a collision would likely kill off the planet's inhabitants, and leave the world irradiated for generations. With some help from Bej and a group of Tree scientists, The Doctor was able to redirect the garbage ball to skip off the planet's atmosphere, and hurtle into the system's sun. Afterward, Bej insisted The Doctor take him, arguing that the honor of his people demanded such a repayment. The Doctor, however, declined.
Appearance - Reddish tan skin/bark, a round face, a "crown" of short knobbly stubs circling his head, which is topped with meter long blade-like leaves, hanging down his back much like slicked hair. He also has shorter leaves hanging from his face, from his ears to his chin, much like a beard.
Clothes - Bej wears a close fitting coffee brown tunic with a knee-length blue-green coat over it; slate grey trousers and knee-length brown hide boots complete the outfit.
Personality - Bej is warm and friendly, but hardly naive and fairly shrewd in business dealings. He has a colorful imagination and thirst for learning that has tended to go unused in his work as a land broker.

I'm not certain that I'll be bale to get on to a computer tomorrow so I'll start now. Spoiler tags from now on please. Cardbird, you're up.

He began twisting some knobs and frantically tapped some buttons. The TARDIS span violently through the Time Vortex, shrieking deafeningly. Parts of the control console began to spark and flames erupted from them. He danced around the hexagonal-shaped console in front of him as the TARDIS slowed down.

Rex, who was deactivated and tucked in a corner, fell from his position while the TARDIS was spinning. Unknowingly, the Doctor had reactivated him as he was pulling the levers.

The TARDIS crashed on a small planet locked in the gravitational grasp of a huge gas giant. It was frequently bombarded by near-intolerable amounts of radiation. It was a barren planet with a few trading villages trading in uranium and other nuclear fuels. The Doctor sprinted out of the TARDIS, taking his Sonic Screwdriver from his pocket. He activated it, the blue light pulsing slowly. The furhter away he got from the TARDIS, the faster it beeped. Suddenly there was a flash.

Theta found himself covered by a blinding light. A second later it had changed from night to day. He found himself laying on the ground. He sat up. "What is going on?" asked Theta as he looked at his strange surroundings.

The Doctor ran over to Theta and scanned him with the Sonic Screwdriver. "Impossible!"

[Kerr]

"Where am I? What is going on? Who are you?" asked Theta to The Doctor.

"I could ask you the same question. You are a Time Lord. I'm the last Time Lord. You can't exist."

[Kerr]

"What do you mean last Time Lord?" asked Theta.

[Gandalf]

"The Time War, that's what I mean. Every last Time Lord was killed. You can't be here... It's impossible... Unless..." He began running back to the TARDIS as the realisation dawned on him. Deep in thought, he ran right past Rex.
