Them caves/dungeons?

Hey guys and gals.
I recently downloaded a mod for Oblivion that made all the dungeons in Cyrodiil dark as the night! So it actually made sense to carry a torch around or wear something with a light enchantment or throw a light spell out into the air. The only light in the dungeons now is that from candles, bonfires, holes in the roof (caves) and the shining stones (Ayleid ruins).
A fantastic mod! But I am spending more times in the Shivering Isles at the moment and the mod does not apply to these dungeons. Is there anyway I can mod these caves and dungeons easily to all go darker? Or do I have to mod it cave for cave? And how do I do this? Is this an easy thing to do? Or what?

You can use the mod "Let there be darkness". Does the same thing as your mod and has support for SI:
