I'm not really a fan of the storyline... but the actual gameplay for these two is brilliant. Very fun if your with mates and you want to drink, smoke and listen to some tunes while not having to follow any confusing story that breaks the atmosphere. Just simple pass when you die kind of games.

I'm an antisocial [&@%!] and like single player and hate the whole co-op/multiplayer/online thing to me these and the antithesis of video games. However, I fully accept that I am part of a dying breed and that there will come a time when I won't be able to buy a new game. Mass Effect 3 was the last game that I absolutely had to buy, there is nothing on the cards at the moment that is screaming buy me.

I have a few games which I really rate high, but it all comes down to opinion. Any who's, are a some of my favourites (in no real order)-

1. Bioshock 1 and 2- Simply and amazing and inspiring story driven game.
2. Syphon Filter 1 and 2- Used to play them as a teen, loved the series on Playstation 1 (although the 3rd game was terrible).
3. Grand Theft Auto 3- So much fun, still a favourite of mine.
4. Resident Evil 2- The only one I have played much of. At the time it was impoosibly difficult and scary.
5. Silent Hill series- Probably my favourite series (as a whole).
6. Fallout series- I am a big post apocalyptic fan, and this takes the cake for my favourite setting/ story.

I am sure I will be frowned upon for these, but meh, I like what I like
