King Jonathon Moir grinned at a report he got back from one of his people "seems he is neither of yours he is now with the murder of crows in the next life. I say if we use a reparestive from every country and make Sicily that area of calm.. It would be a miracle. We would need to make it secure as well as others will seek to take it for themselves." he stated rubbing his food against the ground.

Two weeks before the council, a flood had hit Fjell's coastal cities. A messeger ran in. He whispered teh news in his king's ear.

''Messenger, you must run back to Chudes. Tell Jinrick he must go to the coastal cities, and report to me EXACTLY what has happened. I am needed here, so I cannot go myself.'' As he said the last sentence he shot a piercing look at Aidan.

"I'm sorry for your losses. You should go. A good king goes to his people when he is needed."

There was several moments of silence before Fjell spoke once more.
''Messenger, tell Jinrick to come straight here. He is to take care of my problems here.
Aidan, you are right, a good king would see to his people, but while I'm gone, you must be a just king also. Despite any bitterness against me, do not harm Jinrick or my men. It is not worth it.''
With that, Fjell departed. He stopped in Chudes to get a basic report on the situation before heading to the cities himself.

Jinrick entered the council chamber, nodded respectfully to all present and took his seat in King Fjell's throne. He was interested to see how this would progress.

Get the men from the nearby cities to help at Vustag and Vrus. That includes the residence of Gostaland. People from the mainland shall wade in the shallower waters, using small vessels if need. The people from Gostaland shall form the deep water rescue. They shall take the larger fishing vessels and help any they can. The objective is to get as many people away from the city as possible before disease starts to spread. Notify me again when the is done. We will worry about bodies later. Go!'' King Fjell was in a state of panic. He needed these cities emptied.
