The Champion Saga

[The-Shadow-One]

Celegu slid up beside Lucio and smiled "your first fight? war? or afraid your gonna die?" she asked sweetly, her eyes still seeming blind.

[DerangedPickle]

Antonius approached Hawke once again, so he was stood next to him.

"The beggar certainly has a good act, well it looks like this is it." He said patting Hawke on the shoulder with an armoured hand.

[Justice knight]

"Here you go," Khara said handing Lucio his equipment.
---
"That she does Antonius that she does," William was now walking towards the group and when no one was looking lightly kissed Karha on the cheek.
"Remember when this is all over we'll settle down, just you and me," He whispered before eyeing Lucio and Celegu, "Watch that one Lucio don't let her into your head and don't worry stick with us and I assure you the Thralls will try and bring down the ones in Ebony first."

[The-Shadow-One]

Celegu looked at Antonius and smiled sweetly but her eyes had a hidden threat in them. she turned back to Lucio and sighed "I seek to just do the duty and to bugger off with only scars for my honor."

[Justice knight]

William grinned at the little ordeal taking place.
Celegu may be a criminal but she sure as hell has spunk, not many people would threaten a Commander and then carry on with casual chatter.

[The-Shadow-One]

Spoiler:

spunk? SPUNK? CELEGU HAS SPUNK COMING OUT THE WAZOO!

Celegu sighed and turned around, "so when is the time that the army decends on us? I have some friends to smuggle out." she said yawning.

[Justice knight]

"We leave now," William said leading the group to the front of the Legion.
When they were at the front he started the Legion's battle cry:
"Rise from the ashes!"
"Burn down our foes!" The Legion cried.
"The Pheonix flies eternal!" William and the Legion shouted.
The heavy gates opened and they marched out to defend Snowfall.

Spoiler:

That she does Shadow, right out tha wazoo.

[Greenlantern]

Lucio stood outside the gate with his new companions, and as he waited, he swung his sword around, trying to get a feel for it. As he got in a little practice, he heard the legion yell their battle cry. Inspiring, that is. he thought, suddenly wishing he had taken a different career path. As the opposing army approached, he stopped his practice swings, and stood with his sword and shield at the ready, waiting for orders from his new commanding officer. Suddenly, the butterflies in his stomach were gone. All that was left was a sense of determination, and a strength of will wich he had never felt before. I wonder if this happens before any battle?

[The-Shadow-One]

Celegu notched an arrow and aimed upwards "This is one for the soul" she said loosening the string and sending it into the air "and that shall stay and fight like me." she started to smile and drew her daggers, the iron ones in her boot sliding out making her twice as deadly. "lets dance the dance of blood, steel and death."

[Justice knight]

"CHARGE!" William shouted and a thousand soldiers ran forwards towards a huge group of short, grey things-Thralls.
