I've got the ear of Davy Scozzar.

And you're more of a burnt orange now.
Nice! Orange is one of my favorite colors! Thanks!

So is this going to be a RISK kind of game, or a WAR RP?

Neither. You'll be the captain of your vessel, but you will also have various captains under your command as well. I'm going to try to combine a war RP with an character-oriented RP, and see how it turns out.

Ship: Ukraine's Finest.
Piece of Eight: Ruby Ring.
Body of Water: Black Sea.
What is your position on the East India Company? They're, alright. Won't lie, I'm only here for the money. They end piracy, I go back home with more money than ever.
What is your position on privateering? What? The Government scum? Ha! I can sail circles around 'em.
What is your opinion of looting and plundering? The more, the merrier!
Which is better: Treasure or rum? Treasure! It's why I'm 'ere, in fact.

Spoiler:
All OOC posts in spoilers from now on, please!
In every pirate port, from Tortuga to New Guinea, rumors had begun to circulate.... That Lord Cutler Beckett had possession of the heart of Davy Jones...That The Flying Dutchman was hunting down pirates, like a cat catches mice... But the biggest one of all, was that the Brethren Court was meeting at Shipwreck Cove. The nine Pirate Lords, hailing from all corners of the globe, gathered their fleets, rallied their men, and set sail for the Caribbean.

"Crew! Batton down the hatches! Make heading for Shipwreck Cove!" bellowed Captain Musicman. The TARDIS lurched to the left as the sails caught wind. Their heading was true. They would arrive in a matter of hours.

a cold and swifty breeze was moving the skulls of the ones that fall, trying to survive to the frost of the Antartic Sea.

The Spirit was now leaving the icy coast. The ship was made of the ice that won't melt even in the hot Africa, the wood that can resist to the deeper winter, and the bones of the beast that lives in this lands.
Captain Skyr was looking at the orizon. Admiring the dusk.
" to the Caraibbean" he just said, while looking into the pages of his piece of eight, a burned diary, that was illegible.

The Honeyed Word floated amidst the wreckage of a pair of merchant ships.

"Spices, spices," said Captain Gideon, tossing aside a tin a paprika. "Nothing but damned spices." He turned to his first mate, Master Vernoux. "Our heading is Shipwreck Cove. Let out the topsail, bring about the mizzanmast! We sail!"

The last whisperer set towards shipwreck cove, the crew set up in silent, in fear and in awe of their captain standing at the very front on the ram glancing out to see, as he came back on they cheered of his various names and he basked in it "Fox!" shouted some "shadow!" shout others "rainbow!" shouted the flamboyant ones, he turned to his first mate and silently told him where they were going and why, he then pulled out a few coins and kissed them, throwing them into the crowd. Where they stood not one dared to tread.

Ukraine's Finest had only just completed a typical raid on a Bulgarian church over an hour before the Captain called the entire crew to the deck. Part of him had been dreading meeting with the other eight Pirate Lords, if it wasn't for the difference in opinion; it was the fact he was wasting valuable time. He could only hope his crew had roped in enough plunder to make up for it. Public announcements like these were few and far between, he had a messenger for things like this. Other than that, he trusted that they knew what they were doing. He hadn't acquired just any "pirates" to maintain his ship. As he waited for silence, most men tired of his "messengers" doing what they viewed as his job. That though, was why he brought a reward. He threw handfuls of coins to the vast crowd among him, that seemed to shut them up. "Today my friends and comrades, we head to Shipwreck Cove. I'm sure you know what to do." At that moment, Captain Pick My Lock gazed at the large red ruby wrapped around his finger and only his messengers knew what that meant. They smiled and scurried off because today was one day where they could show off.

The Spirit of Gajel arrived in the Caraibben, while the ice was creating a softy fog, in contact with the cold water.
"So we are arrived!" stated Skyr, and wear his mask, made of bone, covering all the face with two horns, like a mammuth.
"prepare the ship! we should be the first, so we will wait for the other, my friends!"

Captain Musicman saw the ice ship approach several hours after his own ship had arrived. He watched it from the beach, sitting in the sand with his boots off, letting the water wash over his feet. He was humming a sea shanty.

"Yaaaawwwwn"
*Blinks eyes*
"What the hell happened last night?"
*Pushes sleeping wench off of him*
"And what the hell is all that noise outside?"

Captain Hat wobbly steps outside, rubbing his rather lighter then usual hangover, to notice an abundance of ships sailing in his carribean sea...recognizable ships, some friend, some foe. But all Pirates.

"What in the blue hell, is going on here?"

The last whisperer docked at shipwreck cove, the captain jumped off, his colourful cloak streaming behind him, he silently told his crew to come with him and passed Captain Musicman. He nodded in a welcoming matter, his blades were exposed for a minute the sun shining off them, he them continued on silently.

Soon after the Last Whisperer, a magnificent sloop made of golden wood sailed into the harbor. In large, looping letters, it read The Honeyed Word on the side. A gangplank was lowered, and Captain Gideon Dragontongue, Lord of the Mediterranean, walked down it.

Re: Pirates of the Brethren Court

A hard knock on the wooden door of his chamber startled Captain Pick My Lock out of his deep sleep. He had never been one to find endless stretches of water entertaining. His desk and chair weren't made for slumber though, not like his one back home. The pain in his back as he raised to open the locked door made this blatantly obvious. The Captain has never quite known why he keeps his chambers locked; whether it's the worry of an invasion or the fact that his own men would see him sleeping on the job. He kept an extensive world map laid across the wooden desk just for these run ins. As he slowly opened his door a crack to confirm that the heavy rapping on the door belonged to one of his loyal messengers and in fact, it did. They only had one message though and that was "We're here." Like a birthday part he really didn't want to go to, the Captain cracked a weak smile and followed on his men out to the deck. There was the Caribbean or to be more exact, Shipwreck Cove. It hadn't changed much, still brutally isolated from the rest of the world. These were the kinds of places his ship avoided, out of the way and not likely carrying anything worth the trip. But when it came to the Pirate Lords, they'd hunt him down themselves if he didn't show. As he made his way off the ship, avoiding a few confrontational deck sweepers, he recognized ships he had seen many times before. He tried his best to avoid them and their various crewman, surely much more willing to fight than he. He settled just near enough that he could eavesdrop, but no closer.
