Scripts comands manual

I just decided to crate att least one aditional perk on Conjuration but to inplement my idea i need to know what scripts comand Skyrim have.
Mod will be rather script complicated but agen weri simple for end user.
If some one can point me to some good page wher i can see all comand used i Skyrim that will greatly hellp me.
I just not feel like to read 1000 scripts just to see how comands are implemented so if you have some infformathion you can share on this mather please do so.
