If I do a quest for Lisbet and I kill her using the Ebony Blade during this quest, does it count for the Ebony Blade?

anyone you have helped, as in done favors or any other quest for them, it will count for the Ebony Blade.

Generally, if they will follow you, then they're good to hit. Otherwise, anyone you've completed a quest or favor for.
