Dark Brotherhood Consequences

I was just wondering if killing for the dark brotherhood will void my option for certain quests.
E.g. Im killing people for Nazir without even thinking about it. Do these side quest assassinations have consequences?

Im the sort of person that wants to complete every single quest.

That I know of, one of the targets, a beggar named Narfi in Ivarstead, has an associated quest besides the dark brotherhood contract. Its nothing big though.
