^ You just answered your own question.
People who are always rude, (or always nice) are annoying.

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
For some reason I like him a lot. Maybe because he sounds and really is deranged? The voice actor did superb jobHissien wrote:Ah, different strokes. I've always found monster clowns amusing. He also has some great lines.SithisIsMyCopilot wrote:His voice is annoying, he's too jumpy and he is a jester. What is there to like is the better question.Hissien wrote:
Also, what's with all the Cicero hate?
But who's my least favorite... There's only one person that I find really irritating (and that's not really an easy task in games) and that is that women who sells weapons and armory in Riften at the public market. "Come back when you want to spent some more gold!" That line drives me nuts every time!

Mavren, the Silver-Bloods, Nazeem, and the two high elf Solitude clothes store owners top my list.

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
Cicero is my exact most hated NPC. When I found him on the street on my friends load I saved it and beat him up again and again and again... Also in the I put him on the fire, burn him and cut him.
I also don't like Aerin for he follows my wife everywhere. Who knows what happens while I'm away. I did the thing you're suppose to do to kill him and not get no dialouge but it doesn't work so I keep him.

Cicero, I killed him. Dirge, I'm gonna kill him. Nazeem, I'm gonna kill him too. I'm sure there will be more but this will work.
What you can't see can kill you.

She's also weak, and easily dominated by her advisors, which nearly caused a disaster. Also, after the end of the Stormcloak Civil War line,seamus2008 wrote:Why would you hate Elisif? Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
I agree with most of the names on here. Olfrid, Nazeem, Dirge, Maven, Cicero, Racist Nord from Candlehearth Hall, Delphine, All High Elves, Brynjolf, and the Balgruuf kid all need to die for their annoying voices and crap.
The Barkeep, Klepper or whatever, in Markarth, and the Mercenary in the Winking Skeever, Cosnack or something, are both so frikkin ugly that they must be eliminated.
Also super obnoxious is the stupid **** beggar from Windhelm. You're not gonna get any charity from me with an attitude like that beee-yotch.
And does, "Hello, I'm Gisli" rub anyone else the wrong way?

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
Hello, I'm Gisli. Erikkur's sister... She has a major chip on her shoulder and hangs around with the Radient Rament duo, so yes she is on my list of characters who die to improve the quality of my game.

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
That's basically why I don't like her - she's an entitled weakling suckling off the teat of a dying empire. Barely fit to be a jarl, let alone high queen.SilentPsycho wrote:She's also weak, and easily dominated by her advisors, which nearly caused a disaster. She's not weak, she is very caring and good-natured. Don't you feel that positive energy just radiating off of her? Her steward that she depends is just and responsible, I've done most of the quests, what disaster are you talking about?SilentPsycho wrote:

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
I'm still rather new to Skyrim so my list VERY likely gets more candidates in the future. However, these are what come into my mind just now.
Delphine - At first I didn't mind her but the more I saw her, the more she annoyed me. She's a know-it-all and has a really self-righteous attitude.
Esbern - Because he's a glitchy jerk. At first his voice files were missing, then he didn't open that freaking door and then refused to follow me to Riverwood -_-
Almost all the children - Why does Bethesda has to make every freaking child so annoying? It's like they just want to tease us. "Teehee! The kid is annoying you to no end but what can you do about it? Nothing! Teehee!" Just a dialogue option to make them shut up and run away crying would be enough but noooooo.
Random redguards, orcs, whatever - I mean those lonely wanderers you sometimes run into who are acting really rude. They always say stuff like "What's a milk-drinker lke you doing here? Blah blah blah I'm superiour and blah!" And even if you say "I don't want any trouble", they attack you. I pretty much always murder them.
Racists - There's a whole bunch of dunmer-hating jerks in Windhelm and other type of really unpleasant people. And then there's Thalmor with their holier-than-thou attitude. Though I actually like Ondolemar
. At first I wanted to punch his arrogant face but after I did that quest to him, he said comments like "Your presence brightens my dull day!" It was a great change from that annoying "You have the honor of addressing a member of the Thalmor. Bask in it." . It was like he started to bask in my presence instead XD. He's also willing to aid you by trolling around in their Thalmor party. That is if you play your cards right.
Nazeem - At first I didn't really even notice him but now that I have been playing with three different characters, he's REALLy starting to get on my nerves. It's like, yeah, I'm such a low-life that I'm only the Thane of your stupid city.

Clearly you don't know how monarchies work.SilentPsycho wrote:You earn the right to be High Queen by your virtues, leadership, and strength, not by who you married!
Elisif is a young and inexperienced leader. It is normal that she look upon her advisers for council. But damn, she better learn fast. Or let Firebeard be Jarl. He'll make a good Jarl I wager.

Arngeir, as if he can actually control me to be a part of little monastery. [&@%!] can't even be bothered to save this world and his hard-on for Paarthy is even worse, Paarthurnax is the only character with real virtues and values in the Greybeards.

Nazeem for sure...
He suffered much more than Valen Dreth did in that old DB quest.
I'm not too fond of Rolff Stone-Fist either.

Legate Stone-Fist guy. Hes essentially Ulfric Stormcloak but his ideas are more extreme and he lacks all of Ulfrics good qualities. In other words, hes a terrible person.

Re: Who's your least favorite NPC?
Not the worst but jarl Korir and his bunch do annoy me. They keep [&@%!] about wizards and how bad they are IN FRONT OF THE ARCH-MAGE! There's an icy spear with Korir's wife's name on it...
Also there's vulture-face Skald in Dawnstar who keeps mocking his depressive servant, what an ass. A brief mention of Olfrid and Vignar who despite being deadly rivals, both have the same voice... (the same can be said for nearly every male Jarl or general in Skyrim)
Speak, if you have aught to say worth the listening.

I just found my new most hated. Ancano. I didn't notice it at first but JEEEEEEEEESH! every time I see him a just want to chop him into pieces and dump the bits into the ocean below the College of Winterhold. Ah i can picture it now. Everyone in the mages guild just teaming up on him with me while he's crying for his thalmor to come save him. Who's superior now son?!...ah that felt good!

Nazeem, Braith, Nelkir (and basically every other kid in the game), Thalmor and basically all high elves, Rolff Stone-Fist... and don't forget the ex-Stormcloak Jarls/Stewards/Housecarls after you've finished the Imperial questline. "I should bash your face in right now for what you did." "What do you want, dog?" "I don't like talking to someone who holds their honor so cheaply." Anybody know if you can get bounty for attacking them?
Start the groove.

Maven Black Briar. And then there is Haelga as a close second. Shame shame Haelga! You're in luck the Dohvakiin is of the silent sort.
