The Competition of the Daedra!

Post by Tiber-Septim »

This is basically a poll to see which Daedric Prince wins on popularity.

Vote for your favourites!
Up to 3 votes per person.
If your favourite doesn't appear on the poll then PM me your vote(s). This is due to there being 17 princes.

Voting ends on the 1st of March when I shall reveal the winning Daedra!

Question: Daedra as in their quests in Skyrim, or Daedra in general?

Azura. There is no question in the matter. She is the best Daedra. She cares about he followers and helps them wanting only their love in return.

You need good ol' Sheo on there. Then I'll vote: Azura, Sheogorath, and Meridia.

Sanguine. He's got biting wit, style, a great sense of humor, pokes fun at stodgy mortal moralism, and throws the best parties. He's like a divine Oscar Wilde.

PM me your votes on Daedra not on the list. This was stated on the original post.
The Daedra which are not on the list are: Molag Bal, Namira, Nocturnal, Peryite, Sanguine, Sheogorath and Vaermina.

Sanguine or Sheogorath.
Partially because their not on the list. Partly because I like them.

Why is Azura so popular?

She's a petty, vindictive old cow who cursed an entire race for the sins of a few and then engineered the events that would cause a meteor to destroy most of the rest of them.

Now Meridia...she's not nice but at least she's up front with you.
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

Bah! Without her, Tamriel would be a very forlorn and cold place indeed.

Probably for the same reason the Dunmer are so popular: we just got very acquainted with them in the game Morrowind. The plot involved Azura heavily, so she's tied into the Dunmer worship, as I think of it.

Right..

The plot. Of Morrowind.

The one which resulted in the Tribunal losing their powers.

And that meteor crushing Vivec city, and making Red Mountain explode...

Great person all around.

Mehrunes Dagon because of his alternative history as a thorn in Alduin's side, Herma-Mora for intrigue all-round and Boethia for going hard in the motherf**kin' paint.
