"Read a software/computer language book"
.......... no one saw that, right?

"Have beakers, test tubes or Petri dishes and use them as cups or dishware"
That's just funny.

"Wear vampire teeth, permanently due to cosmetic surgery"
Right....

You would be surprised on how dumb people could be...
...and diplomacy continues to fail. Their ears fall deaf, and their eyes fall blind, yet they are still not mute. They will not know their errors. Only what they believe themselves. But we... we shall not be silenced.

When I saw the first quistion about calculator programming I was like, OH F***! I am such a geek, so I didn't score too bad.
At least I didn't defeat every single final fantasy, just FF VIII.
And I only know four decimals of pi.

21.49901% -> Geek.

It didn't really cater for photographers/geeks-who-hoard-photographic-equipment-and-the-like. Binoculars & telescopes? Pffft, digiscoping doesn't come close ;)

Not bad. 49.70414%, although the test was unfairly skewed towards band geeks and diehard Trekkies.
"Wear vampire teeth, permanently due to cosmetic surgery"
I actually know a guy who had this done to himself. He works part-time at the bowling alley, and his brother wears nothing but Spiderman t-shirts.

Seriously?!! OK, that means at least that I’m not officially the world's Person Most In Need of Getting a Life.

Seriously. He calls himself Jimmy the Vampire, and he never leaves the house without at least four bits of finger armor, three square yards of fishnet, and his ankh medallion. He loves Whitewolf RPGs and plays the anorexic goth/horror movie geek to his brother's morbidly obese superhero/sci-fi movie geek. And they're not even the worst geeks I know!

Eh, I know military geeks, too. You know, fatigue jacket, hunts bi-weekly, votes Libertarian, carries four different knives in his pants at all times, has a key ring with twenty different types of bullets strung on it, owns a closet full of vintage firearms and another closet full of swords and axes, finds a way to steer every other conversation towards tanks and Navy SEALS, works various jobs including security guard and professional third-shift warehouse rat shooter, has shelf after shelf devoted to military history books and DVDs on modern combat yet is so fat he can barely fit through his front door etc etc. One of them wants to take me to the shooting range later this week and "pop my cherry" with automatic firearms. Sergeant says I'd be better off going in clean, as I won't have any bad habits and it'll make me easier to train, but we'll see.

Still, at least I'm not hanging out with the skinheads anymore... :?

No clue. I've picked up everyone from wealthy heiresses to homeless schizophrenics, and this is just IRL (not including folks I've met online). I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that most of my family is pretty upscale but, as a result of my wild and wreckless teenaged years, most of my peers aren't, so I wound up with four or five separate "networking groups" that hit all the various strata of urban New England and kept life from getting boring.

In my defense, though, the skinheads weren't really my choice. My "sexy metal-diva Jewish American Princess" friend was dating the leader of their gang for a few years, which, of course, was sort of odd because she looked like a Puerto Rican and had a mom who'd make Woody Allen look like Goebbels, but eh. They had fun while it lasted?
