Yeah, it turned an ogre I was fighting into a little rat once, which was handy. Then again, it also turned a wolf I was fighting into a daedroth, which wasn't much fun.Daedricmudcrab wrote: If you are grand master of the arena, whenever you do a battle bring wabajack. Use it on the enemies. I swear, once I used it on a minataur and it turned into a deer.
Anyway, I'm going waaay off topic, so I'll shut up now!

Adoring Fan isn't a hassle to me - Hell, he can't even acknowledge my prescence. I leave him, my Everscamps, and one Knight of the Nine in my house, just for the company.
Off-topic, but kinda funny story:
I used to live in Rosethorn Hall, and occasionally, my items from one of my display cases would go missing. It happened everyday, and I forever lost these missing items. I decided to pack up and head for Chorrol. I was gonna leave the house to Eyja, the maid. As I made my way down the staircase to exit the house, I caught her open up the display case, and take one of my prized Amulets.
I went to Chorrol, dropped all my stuff in my house neatly, stopped at the Arcane University to make a little Enchantment on a perma-Bound helm (Fire Damage 3 points on Self), then headed on back to Rosethorn Hall.
I decided to give Eyja a little "parting gift." I handed her the newly-Enchanted helmet, which I now called "The Face of the Fool," and she quickly equipped it, and retired to her bed.
I ran downstairs into her quarters to find her sleeping soundly... on fire. I looted her corpse, only to find all my missing items. Justice had been done, and all learned to not mess with Decepticus. ^^

Ahh, display cases. Some people use them to display nice items, I use them to stash annoying people

I had a problem with her recently. I was downstairs when I heard a loud crash. I ran up the stairs to find Eyja walking away from one of the display cases I'd had two single-edition books in. It was wide open and both the books were thrown in the floor. I wanted to kill her right there. Nobody messes with my books!

Damn straight, i'd kill her if that happened to me too. Especially if she dared to touch any of my tolkien or joseph conrad.

Bathroom? I didn't know there were bathrooms in Oblivion lol.Daedricmudcrab wrote:It would be hilarious if you got a house and filled a small room with them. So if you have a friend over you could make them open the door and adoring fans fall out. "Ummmm. Oooops you weren't supposed to see that,I said bathroom was SECOND door on the left not FIRST. Okay this is awkward but I'm going to have to kill you and stash your body with the adoring fans"
I usually take my Adoring Fan to the Imperial City Prison and make him stay in one of the cells. I'm thinking about doing that with a Dark Brotherhood member and Mages Guild Apprentice too if possible.

I really want to hurt his feelingsLostInOblivion wrote:I've found that when you get close enough to a monster to make it attack, that frequently it goes for the adoring fan first. Of course he always reappears later, but if you want to get rid of him temporarily without hurting his feelings, then lead him into danger and wait for him to be killed.
