The Last Stand
I'm sure everyone has done one at some point or another. I've done them since morrowind. You save your game, then take on as many npcs, guards and anything else u can get thrown at you at the same time and see how long you survive. Where's your favorite place to do it? Mine is Solitude, in the tower hall leading down below the arch, or the battlements along Castle Dour. Nothing more satisfying than Fus Ro Dah-ing 20 people off a wall at once

Re: The Last Stand
I do this when I get bored with a character. Last place was Riften, just Maul, Maven Black Briar and Brynjolf and myself survived (with a 37,000 gold bounty).

Re: The Last Stand
Yes, I've done this once. I aggravated as many people and guards in Whiterun as possible then lured them to the dragon trap area (I'm not sure what to call it -- this is where you trap Odahviing) and fought them all on the balcony, with the sky and tundra at my back. It was glorious, especially when I flung a whole group of them down the entire length of the hall with Unrelenting Force.

Re: The Last Stand
I did this twice in Whiterun. Only Vignar Gray-Mane and his niece survived. Other essential NPC's just ran away and I couldn't catch them.
Grabbed my Archmage robe and the master destruction flame spells. Used a Dragon Priest staff on the right and another staff that I had when magicka was low. And a Dragon Priest mask (the one which add destruction bonuses).
The whole place was engulfed in flames. Good times.

I've done the Last Stand in the Blue Palace with...
Spoiler:
Do you mind? I'm doing the fishstick. It's a very delicate state of mind.

Markarth. Wall of flames in front of Vlindrel Hall, killed as many guards as possible, and then I went from house to house and slaughtered all of those I could . . . it was fun. xD

Re: The Last Stand
My favourite destination is Solitude at Roggvir's execution:
I stop the execution and let Roggvir flee!
Then kill Captain Aldis and the guards..
After that I run to the Courtyard of Castle Dour and kill the guards there,
After than I run to the Blue Palace and cast fusRoDah
To the jarl..
Hahaha
My other favourite location is Markarth, first i sneak-kill everyone in the silverblood Inn
After that i lure the guards to the top of the highest Tower and shout them of the cliff!! Mohahah!

Re: The Last Stand
HAHA! and here I thought I was the only one doing this...
I like to go in top of the guard house at the gates of Whiterun and peg off every soul who comes down the main strip.

Re: The Last Stand
I will eventually do it with my current character, as he's a mage that will eventually turn mad and go along the path of necromancing (is this the correct term?!). The only reason I made him was to get the bounty achievement, so I'll be going through all the holds and kill people. I couldn't bring myself to do it with my other character, it would have just felt wrong. Although he was the DB Listener, he was still a good guy. The worst part, I think, will be Morthal, as I really like the Jarl and her daughter (I wish she were a character we could marry!), and although my current character has no ties with them, I'm still the same person (duh!). Oh well. I might leave them for last, so I won't have to keep that character going for long after attacking them (although I guess they're essential, so I can't kill them).

Re: The Last Stand
Windhelm or Solitude, although there was this one time in Whiterun. I've actually done on one character it so that I rampaged through Windhelm killing off Stormcloacks and Solitude killing Imperial Legionnaires as part of the In an attempt to 'finger' the two sides for the killings and further inflame the Civil War.

I did it in Markarth and not by choice. They wanted to send me to prison!

Re: The Last Stand
It's part of my saving and shutting down Skyrim for the night routine
I think my favorite place, as has been mentioned, is the blue palace for this - find a guard who's feeling lucky about busting me for picking some flowers and start fus-ro'ing people against the wall in queue for their turn to be decapitated
Let's play some APB Reloaded Mount & Blade: Warband APB Reloaded Mech Warrior Online APB Reloaded Battlefield 4 SKYRIM!

Re: The Last Stand
In Solitude, I went house to house and street to street bustin caps. When I was down to the kids running around and the essential people, I got them to follow me onto the castle walls and shouted them all off. One guy got stuck behind a potted plant and couldn't escape.
