What prominent figures came to your wedding?
Who came to your wedding? Was there anybody interesting? For me I had the jarl of Solitude come and I also has Gabriella of the dark brotherhood.

Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
No one important, just some people from Shor's Stone who came for Sylgjia. For me, I think there were one or two people, but I can't remember who it was. I was a nobody still, around 20 hours and without having done any quest yet. Maybe next time I'll wait some time before getting married and see who comes.

Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
I was only married once and it was to Ysolda. Farkas, Vilkas, Lydia and Jarl Balgruuf came to the wedding ceremony. I've been wondering what does the game use to choose guests, relationship rank? And is there a maximum number of guests, since I had done numerous quests in Whiterun and earned the trust of a lot of people there, yet only four guests came (Although it was kind of cool to have a Jarl attend my wedding
)
Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
I play Argonian. I married Madesi (I used a console command to add him to the marriage faction) - I felt so bad for him that he had to sleep on a pile of hay in Beggar's Row, so I whisked him away to a proper bed in my house.
At the wedding, almost every Argonian in the eastern half of Skyrim showed up. Torbjorn may be close to being a slave-driver, but it was nice of him to let the Windhelm crew have the day off to attend.

I had Lydia, Vilkas, and Farkas show up, and I think I saw at least one Grey-Mane in the back.

Laila Law-Giver showed up at mine, I felt quite honored. I also got a visit from Ms. Aela and my Huskarl Lydia. What's his name from Windhelm showed up, too. Mercenary. Damn.

Jarl Balgruuf, Alvor, Gerdur, Sven, Erik the Slayer, and Onmund showed up to me and Brelyna's wedding. It was pretty nice.

Am i the only one with cheapskate wedding guests who are not providing presents?
I thought half of the reason people got married was to flesh out their kitchenware?

Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
This is what I get for getting hitched ASAP on my new character (after finally looking up how to do it). I have a screenshot of it on my Steam account and you can see that there are only 3 guests: Lydia (my follower at the time), Alvor (the blacksmith in Riverwood), and Lucan Valerius. I married Camilla Valerius, so I'm not sure if he was there because he's her brother or because I found the claw for him. I wish I could get a divorce now ... there must be a mod ... or maybe through like a renewing of the vows ceremony because my first marriage was bugged anyway (I had to exit the wedding dialogue as soon as the priest said we were married and run to and talk to her before she would walk out the door and disappear)

Nobody can compare to Elsif the Fair. Lol. All I did was show her my outfit and now she likes me!

Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
When my Dragonborn married Sylgja, in attendance were her parents (Verner and Annekke), Filnjar (the blacksmith from Shor's Stone), Lydia, Ysolda and Uthgerd the Unbroken.
When my Thief married Ysolda, there was Mikael the bard, Carlotta Valentina, Maven Black-Briar and Jarl Idgrod Raven-Crone. (The last two surprised the heck out of me...)

Re: What prominent figures came to your wedding?
I married Aela and I had Vilkas, Farkas, Aranea Ienith and Erandur show up. So it was our friends in the Circle and my some of own friends. I'm happy it was all characters I knew and liked instead of having loads of random people I've hardly met.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

That's a cute storyOryx wrote:I play Argonian. I married Madesi (I used a console command to add him to the marriage faction) - I felt so bad for him that he had to sleep on a pile of hay in Beggar's Row, so I whisked him away to a proper bed in my house.

When I married Marcurio, no-one at all showed up on his side, which makes me think that either a) he's a friendless orphan, or b) he was too embarrassed to tell anyone he was marrying me...
I expected quite a few people since I'd made plenty of allies by then, but I only got Jenassa and Jarl Ravencrone. And Cicero, but only because I left him waiting in the chapel the previous evening. It seemed right that as Listener there should be a DB member at my nuptials, even if he did launch into one of his deranged tuneless bloodthirsty songs halfway through the vows.
