Gloom wraith. It will get stuck in dying animation, and the lich will keep attacking it for all eternity, thinking that it is not yet dead.

Hmmmm..... I think it will be a close call, but I'm going to go with Legion due to numbers. Plus I don't really want to vote for the Daedra over-running the place, even if I do suspect that they might be the stronger....
