HES Defender glided through the calm Enalinian waters at 40 knots. It was on of the biggest aircraft carriers the Navy had and housed over 100 military personnel, as well as some XZ-117 fighters and AH-14 helicopters. Its two sister ships, HES Protector and HES Shield were in hte process of being armed and were in the shipyards. Pirates, thought to be rebels, had been spotted and the ship was going to destroy them. If hostages were on board, they would send the SBS in to rescue them.

Tavik released a statement that any Taviki representatives in Enaline would be monitoring the election, not feasting in some palace. It also coldly questioned the Enaline transitional dictator's authority to make such a decision, wasting the country's resources on such frivolities in a critical stage. The statement asserted that Zorya, as a true representative of Democracy, had more right and responsibility to attend than even Hessia, as a monarchy. It also stated that Eline, as the transitional leader, was not eligible to be reelected.

Eline released a statement stating that Tavik had no right to govern who could stand and who could not.
