I'm 13 and am interested in programming, gaming, and music. I have a dog named Quincy who is a Chaweenie (Chihuahua and Dachshund) and he's the best dog ever. I also have the best mom ever and my dad? Unfortunately not. He left us when I was six-years-old, and even though I see him every weekend, our relationship has been VERY strained since then. I do online school and it's been okay so far, with the occasional hiccup here and there. I've always hated school, and to anyone who's thinking of dropping out, do it. Think of it as dropping "in" to life, as school is the biggest waste of 12 years of life you could ever ask for. Anyway, I'm a slacker for the most part, since I don't have too much responsibility at this stage in my life. I'll post more about myself if I think of more things.

I'm guessing if you are 13, you are in roughly 8th grade, and so depending on how long you have been doing the online classes, you maybe got through middle school before switching. While attending a traditional school may not have been the right decision for you, I would almost wholeheartedly disagree that school is a waste of time. You didn't "drop out", so much as you started being home schooled it sounds like, and that means you are still being schooled. The social interactions of school are just as important as the traditional classroom education you receive.

Yes, but what I've learned is that you don't need to go to school to have a social life. What school does is force you to be with thirty people for a week and you can't do anything about it. While college is definitely different, as it is non-compulsory and mostly focused on what you want to learn. Compulsory-school was started as a way to train people to work in factories at the turn of the 19th century. And BTW, you can go to college without highschool.

I'm.. Well, I don't really have a name, because the shape & sound of every conventional one tends to set off my anxiety. Stereotype will do.

I'm 16, cue ageism, and also autistic. Given that most of my senses are incompatible with the world at large (I.E, more than three noises at once or any noise at a volume beyond that of the average female voice is physically painful, eye contact is deeply disquieting, etc) I'm mostly housebound. I read a great many books, draw things that other people seem to like, and blog. You know, the kind of blog you write essays and refutations on, not the kind where you talk about your life way too much.

I have about three emotions but mostly feel none of them, and my favourite colour is gray, which I like much more than other people seem to like their favourite colours. I'm pretty much gender neutral and have a non binary sex, and I'm also a survivor of abuse. Oh, and queer.

That's pretty cool that you like basketball. How big is basketball in the Netherlands? Is it pretty niche, or do most people know the (general) rules of it? As an American, I'm generally ignorant (but eager to learn) of things like this.

I'm Abel, 15 years old (almost 16) and I live in Belgium. I'm a gamer: I play all sorts of games, from shooters to RTS to FIFA, but my favourite games are the TES games. I practice Kung Fu (not since long so I'm not that good yet) and I love football (soccer for the Americans). My favourite teams are Club Bruges and Bayern Munich. My name is Sean. I am 22 years old. I like baseball movies good clothes fast cars and I like girls. I just graduated from SIU with a bachelors in awesome and I really love Skyrim and the TES series, I started off with Morrowind and have since grown to love the Imperial Legion in all its forms. I love how in Skyrim I can have fun cooking of all things. I hate to cook IRL but in this version going out and killing a deer then cooking it is one of the best experiences lol. Anyway that's me.

Well my name is Reece, although I am called Reeco for often then not (stupid Aussie nickname thing I guess). If you didn't guess I am Australian, born and raised. I'm 22 and am an Architectual Hardware Consultant (which is where I am now but shhh ).
