[King Acunasti]

The Queen of Hessia wrapped her arms around the little girl and let out a short laugh of her own. "I love your children." she said to Jalil. "You've raised them correctly. Both are unique in their own way."

"Is this a bribe of any sort, Emperor?" Dolores smiled coyly. "Are you saying you withdraw from the war completely?"

"It is not a bribe. I know that your job was to slander me but it was your job nonetheless and you've done it admirably. And I do wish for peace. The message that I got could have been a glitch, a mistake or a lie."

[Arch-Mage Matt]

"I thank you, Eliwer. Do you care to explain what the message was that you got from Drascia? The camera is off." Dolores tried one last time.

[POMC S117]

"Let's just say that it was serious enough to warrant military intervention." Eliwer replied, keeping a smile on his face. "I will escort you to the airport and then I will give you VIP protection until you are back into Zoryan airspace."

[Arch-Mage Matt]

"Mr. Eliwer," Dolores did not budge. "I would like to know what message you received." She fished something out of a small silver coat she wore over the dress. It was a badge with the Zoryan symbol on it. Below the owl large gold words read Diplomat.

"I have more authority than a mere reporter." Dolores said. "I can act on behalf of the government, and Zorya formally requests to know the content of the message. Not for the SMC, for the good of Zorya."

Eliwer sighed for a long time. "You must first promise me that anything said will not make you punish my ally."

[Arch-Mage Matt]

"Of course." Dolores said quickly. "In fact, I've received a message that the two countries are settling a treaty." Dolores tapped her earpiece. "But Zorya has a right to know."

[POMC S117]

"Will the things that are said here jeprodi-" He stopped suddenly. His mouth was agape. Slowly, he fell to the floor. Behind him was a window with a small, circular hole in it. Guards stormed into the room and saw the Emperor lying on the floor.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

You dodged that bullet. HAHA. That wasn't even intentional.

"What the f-" Dolores started, before she saw the guards rushing down the hallway. "Turn on the damn camera!" Dolores snapped and ran from the window.

Cathmore flipped the camera on and took a shot of Eliwer, and the guards running down the hallway.

"Thank you so much, Majesty. I have no doubt you will be as good, if not a better parent." Jalil said, beaming.

[King Acunasti]

"Tell me about your background, madam." Aurore said to Sophie, gently releasing Mariam.

[Eltee]

"Well.... Ah... As I said, I was born around here." Sophie said. "And... Well, what is there to it? I received a scholarship to Swifthelm, and met Jalil." She seemed to be havpurposely avoided mentioning her childhood. "At a student group... Well, the Swifthelm Student Social Equality group, so it wasn't exactly sanctioned."

[King Acunasti]

"And your childhood?" Aurore asked curiously.

"Same as everyone else at that time." Sophie said stiffly. "No money, no food, no hope."

[King Acunasti]

"Amadeous was a poor monarch." Aurore responded. "Even the aristocrat knew struggle. This nation has changed greatly. The lower class is inexistent now nonexistent."

[Eltee]

"Hmm. Well." Sophie sighed, seemingly lost in a reverie. Jalil rubbed her shoulder. "Ahh, let us not speak of politics, of business. This is but a dinner, yes?"

[King Acunasti]

"We will most likely arrive at the restaurant in ten minutes." Aurore stated. "Tell me, children, do you prefer living in Tavik?"

[Eltee]

"Yeah. It's weird here." Kurt said in a deadpan voice.
"Hessia is way better! It has queens... And princesses..." Mariam contested.

[King Acunasti]

"It's 'weird'?" Aurore asked Kurt. She spoke with a very strong tone of curiousity. "Why do you feel that it's 'weird'?"
