"Oh, the sun." Llarays sighed. "We should get moving soon. Where do you plan for us to go?" Llarays wondered. He pushed the door a bit.

"Maybe. Dwemer mechanics are interesting. They can also be full of loot. Good loot. Also some creatures in there. I think we can take them on, but I don't know what they might be." Llarays nodded. "Wait a second... you said it was called Berandas? Isn't that a Dunmer Stronghold? Either one, though, I think it might be full of loot." A glimmer was seen on his eyes. He relaxed his fists and tilted his head back, seemingly dreaming.

"Yes, yes, pretty stuff to be had, now lets get this Redguard out to sea already," Qa'Mhirr shook his head, "This one never thought he'd be more focused on death than shinies..."

"The tide should carry him out soon enough..." Leiden said. "I had hoped to make it to Gnaar Mok by sundown." He said, but paused. "While I'd love to stop in the ruin... would you guys really feel comfortable sleeping inside of one? Easily defensible, but I heard rumours that their machines still wake. Plus, you never know what we might encounter along the way."

Qa'Mhirr took one of the large spider queen's fangs and placed it on Stros' chest, moving the Redguard's hand to hold it. He gave the door a little push, "What kind of loots?" Qa'Mhirr inquired at Llarays excitedly, his tail swishing sporadically.

"I think we should scout out Berandas first. If it's more dangerous than we expect, we'll go somewhere else. But I heard that Berandas has some Daedric weapons.." Llarays said in a hushed tone. "There might be Daedra in there, but I think we can handle the middle to lesser ones."

"Gold is good, but what's a middle daedra?" Qa'Mhirr earnestly queried

"Well, it's one of my forms of measuring, middle Daedra as in middle-level Daedra, not like Golden Saints or anything like that, but Clannfears, Frost Atronachs, creatures like that. I could be wrong, and there are powerful Daedra in there, but a quick scouting trip will reveal it." Llarays answered, grasping his broadsword.

"Let's move out to Berandas then. Who knows what we might encounter..."
Spoiler:
I do! A return from Duru and a new guy. We'll encounter an Argonian patrol once you guys have posted, and you can rejoin. The new guy is an Argonian, and Duru is an intrepid adventurer who happened to get taken prisoner.

"Who, and also what." Llarays added on. "Some loot.." He picked up his pack, and slung it over his shoulder. Sweat was gleaming on his forehead, from the blistering sun. "When we get there, I think we should scout out the place first."

"Aye... no telling what could be in there." He said. The day was already hot, but the scenery was so stunning, it was barely noticeable. Where once was vast lava plains were forests, the mushrooms replaced with giant trees that flourished and trunks that were as big as a house. The ash that littered the ground, and small toadstools that did scatter the edges of long-abandoned roads made it look like a fairy-tale. There were none of the dread cliff racers in the sky - indeed, all was quiet, in the once barren wasteland of Morrowind.

"Beautiful.." Llarays murmured, while looking at the surroundings. "I guess the Red Day made Morrowind better than before. It seems too quiet, though. No Cliff Racers. That's a nice touch. I heard from a Dunmer that they were annoying and aggressive." He then noticed the fungus. "Don't the Telvanni live in those? I don't think they exist anymore, but didn't they live in mushrooms before?"

"Someone tried to live in that?" He laughed. "It's tiny, and even Mages couldn't shrink that small. No, that's just rumours and hearsay. If anyone could have lived in a mushroom, why would they, when they could live in a house?" He chuckled. "Live in a mushroom... I swear, sometimes Morrowind's "History" sounds like a nursery rhyme"

"I meant a mushroom bigger than that." Llarays responded, rolling his eyes. Wait, you wouldn't know, you're too fat"I've heard they were the same size as a house. The Telvanni grow them magically. But yes, why not live in a normal house?"

"This is nothing like what Qa'Mhirr has heard of the island before the ash fell, old tales now," the dagi-raht's sizable eyes taking in the scenery, "This is more like Valenwood than the stories of an ashen wasteland."
"This one hopes there's good game here, Qa'Mhirr would rather not have to stoop to eating spiders to stretch our rations."

Qa'Mhirr climbed up a nearby tree, leaping from branch to branch. He continued to follow the others through the trees, stopping every now and again to pocket a small mushroom or to look at some of the odd flora. His pace faster with his ascent into the trees, the dagi-raht was popping in and out of the treeline; he certainly seemed more at ease there then on the ground.

"A true Khajiit." Llarays said, admiring Qa'Mhirr's acrobatics. "I wonder if he's high on moon sugarbeen jumping and frolicking around since two years old." Llarays picked up a mushroom. He then squished it gently with his fist. "Some mushroom. Now, maybe Qa'Mhirr might be the scout, based on his athletic ability?" Llarays questioned.

Feel free. I think we'll wander for a couple more posts, and then we'll stumble upon you guys
"Sure... but stay close. We have no idea how far the Argonians got inland... and now doubt, any of them trapped here are feral or... well, Argonians." Ahead was a stream, and you could see that the clear, cold water was clean. It ran along a black, volcanic scar in the green landscape. "We might stop here for a while, actually. Get some breakfast, maybe 'freshen' up. What do you guys think?"

"Me too. The spiders still haunt me in my dreams... need to get rid of all mementos of that incident with the bloodthirsty spiders." Llarays mumbled. "This seems like a good place to take a quick stop. How long you you think we should camp here?"
