Permission was granted immediately, and the jet soared into Toruktut's primary airport. In the centre of the urban mass of the city, the flat, open runway seemed alien, out of place.

The scout helicopter, which had entered Taviki airspace without permission, was greeted by a fighter jet. "What is your business in Tavik?" Came the not unfriendly voice over the helicopter's comm.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

A phone call had come in to Drascia's capitol building from Zorya. The operator informed the capitol building that President Arlington wished to have a video conference with President Erickson.

[Sav]

"We come to see how each country is doing. Scouting, in case someone is making a move on us." The pilot said.

"President Erickson, Arlington requests a video conference with you." A man, who seemingly appeared out of no where said. President Erickson nodded in response, and walked towards the conference room. He opened the doors, and walked in. "Hello, Mr. Arlington." Tim said, in a friendly tone.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

President Arlington's face appeared on a large screen. He smiled warmly. "Hello, Mr. Erickson. As you may know, I am President Robert Arlington of Zorya. I understand if you haven't heard much of Zorya. It is a relatively peaceful country, but we'd like to change that by involving itself it foreign affairs. That is why I'd like to propose the beginning of a military alliance between Drascia and Zorya... without any promises in the time of war, just yet. Call it a transitional alliance. Until we can decide whether we truly want to be allies in times of war."

[King Acunasti]

After properly situating itself at the finest gate in the Toruktut, the doors of the luxurious private jet opened. Five Hessian Army soldiers exited the airplane through the rear exit. At the front, two Hessian Secret Service agents climbed down the steps. They were followed by a young looking, dark-haired man in an extremely expensive suit.

Tim smiled. I accept. I apologize for not saying much. I am a man of few words." He said.

[Arch-Mage Matt]

"Excellent. The papers for you to sign are being faxed over now." Arlington said. "We may speak more later, at length. Goodbye." His face flickered off the screen.

[Sav]

Tim stood up. He heard a noise behind him, and realized it was his fax machine. He walked over to it, and pulled a pen out. He read over the paper. Signed, President Tim Erickson he wrote at the bottom. He put the paper at the top of the pile, and faxed it back.

[Eltee]

"You'll find no hostility in Tavik." The pilot replied.

An honor guard of four dark skinned Taviki soldiers greeted the Hessians. A local administrator likewise greeted them. "Welcome to Toruktut!" He said cheerfully.

[Sav]

"Alright. Permission to complete my run around this general area, in, and around your country?" The pilot asked.

[King Acunasti]

The two secret service officers moved aside, allowing the man in the suit to approach the administrator. "Thank you." he said formally, extending his hand. "I am Regal Ambassador Randall Banner of Hessia. I come here under the direct orders of Queen Aurore Royauté herself."

[Eltee]

"Oh." The administrator said. "You should have informed us of your visit. Uhh... This car will take you to the government buildings?" He gestured at a thirty year old, dark grey sedan.

[King Acunasti]

"We apologize for visiting at such a short notice." Randall said. "Her Majesty, Aurore, stated that it was urgent."

[Iamgoofball]

Aurore's Location
The Emissary from Darestim said, "I come from Darestim, and come with the question as to if you will help defend Darestim from Relf. The reason we have come to you is that we think that after conquering Darestim, Relf will head to the Kingdom of Hessia, and attack here. If you help us, we may be able to defeat Relf, and protect the Eastland from them. We have also sent out an emissary to Zorya, hoping that they will help."

[King Acunasti]

"Do you have proof that Relf's men will march on to Hessia after this supposed war?" Aurore asked.

[Iamgoofball]

"Yes. Our spies have been sending us intel as to Relf's next course of action when they finish us, and they are planning to head to Hessia."

[Eltee]

"Oh, don't worry, Mr. Banner!" the administrator said cheerily.
Banner was escorted into the car, and through the city.

Toruktut is comparable to a colder Mumbai or Kathmandu.

The jumble of cars and people, somehow, moved at a relatively fast pace to the governmental buildings... Which were rather unimpressive grey concrete edifices, three stories high. "Premier's office." The driver said. "Be polite to Ms. Aariak."

[King Acunasti]

"Words are not proof." Aurore said firmly, standing from her desk and placing a book neatly on one of the massive bookshelves in the office. "Do you possess documents or files containing support for your statement?"

"Thank you, sir." Randall said kindly, his secret service agents climbing out of the vehicle with him. He headed into the building to meet the Premier.

[Eltee]

He was led to the Premier's small office. "Welcome." She said simply, smiling.

[Iamgoofball]

"Yes, as a matter of fact, I do." The emissary then pulled out a map of the Eastland, showing various lines and outposts on the map, leading through the territory of Darestim and then to the capital of Hessia. He also pulled out sheets of paper, written on them explanations of the plans, saying that after Darestim is liberated, they were going to attack Hessia and conquer them, as well. "You may have these, as Relf appears to be planning to take us both over.

[Sav]

The pilot planned to turn back around, when he got a buzz on his radio. It was President Erickson. "Now, i would like you to scout Hessia." Tim said.
"Okay, sir." The pilot responding, turning around. The helicopter soon reached Hessia.

[King Acunasti]

"Thank you greatly for your hospitality!" Randall said kindly. "I am Regal Ambassador Randall Banner of Hessia. I was personally sent by the Queen herself to discuss economic and political relations with your good nation. She stated that it was urgent, with the conflict between Darestim and Relf worsening."

Aurore frowned. It was over twenty minutes of intense and deep thought that she finally formulated a conclusion. "Very well." she said to the emissary. "Hessian troops will be stationed on the Darestim-Relf border. Daredtim's forces will also receive air support from the Royal Air Force."

Hessian Border Guard immediately spotted Erickson's scouting helicopter. A signal was sent for the aircraft to land. It was made quite clear that if they refused, they would be shot out of the sky.
