wow... hadn't realized it had been that long... sorry guys. Girlfriend's sick, going in for surgery on her tonsils, been a busy month or so. Also doing a lot of OT at work to make up for being sick myself... if something comes up again like that I'll PM king at least and give him temp control of Dashyr and Sayeal in the interim... sorry again guys... I'm not abandoning, just a LOT going on.

With a startling feeling of emptiness, the madgod's presence lifted from Franco, leaving his palms sweating slightly.

Sayeal watched him silently before turning to the father of her best friend.

"my apologies, as I mentioned, I was not able or inclined to include myself with the politics of the city. The tower demanded my attention at the time, and I was on guild business... If possible, I would like to view more of the city, now that I find myself with a chance to relax, though I wish the reasons behind it were not so grim."

A horn sounded, across the planes. The creature tossed its massive head, shook it's wings, and lifted it's body from it's slumber. The mighty tail thumped the ground, it raised a head, spoke a simple word, and tore a rift between the worlds. As the rift closed, the creature slid through, it's body becoming mist and flowing like water.
