The guy who takes over the meadery in White Run, he scared the crap out of me......Lord Have Mercy!!!!!! He did! I went to ask him after the quest was finished or whatever he was in mid conversation and he looked behind me and screamed like he was scared 'WHAT THE!!!!???' Then continued as normal...then when I went to talk to him again he would only say 'I can't believe that worked' almost like he was trying to scare me....jerk.

I have a glitch that frustrated the heck out of me. I found an imperial camp. I thought I better wipe this camp from existence, and save the trouble for my Loyal Stormcloak soldiers. The leader just wouldn't die. He kept bending to a knee and then he'd get up and scream and attack me again. I'd again deal a killing blow, and he'd just take a knee. He's not part of a quest, the war is over..why won't he DIE!? Anyone else experience this? I don't know if I should suck it up and reload from the hours of adventuring and re do it and see if he'll fall from my sword then, or if he just...doesn't die.

Also, I wasn't sure if that would be considered a spoiler in any way, and I thought I'd just plop it in the tag as to not upset anyone.
On an amusing note, there was an epic battle between the Imperial's horse and Shadowmere. I enjoyed that.

I can't learn words from dragon walls after completing the main quest. I get the dramatic music and crackling sound but no words light up and give me thr transfer.

In Glenmoril Coven I entered a body of water and pressed ctrl to duck then the computer started switching between crouching and standing up really fast until I got out of the water.

It's not a glitch. There's at least one essential NPC in the camps, unfortunately.

I went to Labyrinthian, and in the mound that has the statues where you place all the Dragon priest masks was a dead dragon. It just randomly appeared. I looked one way, then back, and there was a dragon tail sticking out of the roof. The rest of the dragon was awkwardly stuffed into that small room. Even stranger, as I kept walking down the road, the exact same time of dragoon appeared and started attacking me.


Another time, I was attacking a bandit. The camera forced-zoomed out into one the third person finishing moves. But for some reason, my character never did the animation. He just stared the bandit down, and he dropped onto his knees and died.

*walks up to bandit* You're dead to me.

I am having a really stupid glitch happen to me in Markarth. It started after

I killed Nepo's for the DB quest

and whenever I said take me to jail, for it wouldn't let me pay for bounty, it would say the thing, "You will never see sunlight again, nobody escapes Silverwhatever mine." Then nothing happens, has this happened to anyone else for it's anoying. Also I finished the Forsworn quest you do in their before that. So pretty much to sum it all up, I can't go to jail and I have to fight my way out of Markarth meaning TG money is lost.

When you go to jail in the mine, you have to mine silver with a pickaxe to serve your time.

It wont send me at all to the place. I found out how to end the glitch. Kill all guards!

Look out! It's raining mamoths!

Seriously though, it was strange and funny. We've all seen a NPC here or there, spawn in mid air and drop down to the ground. We see this with objects too, only sometimes the objects get "stuck" and hang there in the air (I always like those), like a sword or a mace, suspended 3 or 4 feet above the ground on the side of the road. The one that really gets me is the giant's huge bone club that gets suspended way, way up in the air above the farm just outside of Whiterun. That gets me everytime: Don't look up! You see NOTHING! It won't fall on your head!

Well last night I was strolling from Whiterun up towards the Lunar Forge, when I saw a mamoth suddenly spawn in the air! But this wasn't a few feet, but like 10 stories up! It hung for a bit, then fell to the ground. I thought "Ow. That had to of hurt!", well it did, because as soon as it hit the ground, it disappeared and respawned again at that hight, hung for a second, then crashed to the ground. The 3rd time it did it, it fell over dead.

Now I was a ways off, and thought maybe it was getting hung up on a hill or cliff that was too far to render, or maybe there was a giant playing vollyball with the poor creature. So I ran as fast as I could, and no, no hill or cliff, and no giants around. Just a dead mamoth. Poor guy. Glad I was under him though when this happened!

The horse I borrowed from Riften Stables after having a brawl decided to leap off a cliff backwards and ended up in the lake infront of Stonycreek Cave. His stupid body is floating by the dock. Dumb, dumb horse.

I once had Lydia fall off a half foot ledge and not land so she followed me around for ten minutes flying in the fall animation, then I took an arrow in the knee.

Today I entered the Bannered Mere and suddenly Utgherd attacked me out of nowhere, I had no choice and killed her with two swift swings. The next morning a courier came and I got an inheritance from her..... Sad Story.

Last night heading after the Sommerset Shadows, I ran into the two thieves outside, separately. I was dual-weilding, sword in right dagger in left. Thief comes up, I hit the SWORD button.

What happened was I punched him in the face with my dagger-weilding hand. And he fell down. I waited for him to get up, figuring it was a glitch or something. He was dead!

The next thief was standing next to the dungeon entrance, but half-way embedded in the wall. I Got close enough for him to aggro, he came out of the wall, and I attacked the same was as the first:

LEFT PUNCH TO THE MOUF! DEAD

Seriously, those Sommerset Shadows are better off dead, they weren't worth a crap anyway!

Somehow, my son's character has glitched into infinite Magic. He can use it as much as he wants, there's no Magic Bar on screen when he's spell casting. He's also leveled up since this started happening, and that hasn't reset it.

I was noodling around Arcwind Point, and a Draugr Wight Lord popped out of his toaster oven thingie. (Kinda odd, my character is lvl 2, and these things are supposed to spawn at lvl 13 or so.) As I was pretty close to being overencumbered anyway, I ran back to the Alchemist's Shack to drop some loot. I returned to Arcwind Point, sneaking all the way, for the showdown with tall, pale and ugly.

I found him, dead, face-down on the lid of his container, with two bunnies feeding on him! I'm wondering if the game glitched in such a way that it spawned rabbits with sabre cat or bear aggression. However, the rabbits were perfectly non-aggressive towards me.

I had something like this once. I was walking from Riverwood to Whiterun. I came across the dead body of a wolf, with a rabbit hopping in circles around it.

And in my new file, at level two, the game seems to love spawning ridiculous enemies. I saw a cave bear, Bandit Marauders, and other enemies that my two steel daggers can hardly damage.

Just a few minutes ago, I ran into a few Alik'r harassing a generic Redguard woman (Nothing new or odd there.), just a standard random encounter, but I also saw M'aiq there as well. I was wondering... "Why was there two random encounters in the exact same place at the exact same time?". I don't know if it was a glitch, but it was certainly a little surreal.

Had a similar situation just now.

Completed the task for Marise the meat-vendor in Riften. She thanks me and pays me with a Spell tome I already have and five pheasant breasts - gee thanks very much.

Anyway I realize I already have the spell for the tome she gives me so I drop it on the ground. Straight away Mjoll the Lioness comes sprinting over saying "If you don't want it I'll have it" or words to that effect, to which Marise says something like "I saw it first, it's mine". Marise produces an iron dagger and Mjoll, being the protector of Riften and guardian of all that is good and moral in the town, whips out her battle-axe and hacks poor Marise down with two deft strokes.

Then she walks off with her little yes-man Aerin in tow, leaving the book lying untouched on the ground! I guess it was the principle of the matter then...

Anyway, ever the opportunist I walk over and pick Marise's corpse clean of goodies then, two minutes later I get accosted by the courier handing me a note about an inheritance which, as it turns out advises me that my friend Marise the meat vendor has died and left me 100 gold. Apparently the Jarl sympathises with my loss....
