I know you probably see this question all the time lol. Anyway, i went to that site "Can you run it" and choose Oblivion (They don't have Morrowind) so i could see what my computer has. Here's what it says...
CPU:Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40GHz
CPU Speed: 2.4 GHz Performance Rated at: 2.40 GHz
RAM:1.0GB
OS:Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
Video card:Intel(R) 82845G Graphics Controller
Minimum attributes of my video card: Video RAM:64.0 MB
3d:Yes
Hardware T&L:No
Pixel Shader version:0.0
Vertex Shader version:0.0
DirectX version:9.0c
Sound Card: Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device
Free Disk Space:22.1GB (but i can clear up more space if needed)
I have no idea what any of this means and i copy and pasted most of it. If i don't meet the requirements, will it work on my Xbox 360?
I wonder if my horrible computer can run Morrowind

You think your lag is bad?
Jesus's lag was so bad he had to wait 3 days to respawn!

Hmm, Morrowinds minimum is 32mb Direct3D. That's actually what i play the game with, btw.
While it seems that your video card meets the requirements it is still integrated (meaning that it shares/drains power from your CPU and RAM). But seeing as your CPU and RAM are way beyond the minimum requirements I'm thinking it should work.
Now, since I actually like the xbox version I'd say that you can't go wrong with it either. The graphics would be around the same I think*, even better in a way since the xbox version has pixelshading which your PC does not support.
*You might get a better resolution on the PC though, depending on what you consider to be "playable".

My old computer is worse than yours but it can still run Morrowind without any lag. LOL
Re: I wonder if my horrible computer can run Morrowind
Yes, your pc should be able to run morrowind without breaking a sweat. I run it on an old dell inspiron 1501 laptop with close to the same specs. Downloaded it from Steam GOTY is$ 20 USD so not breaking the bank even if there's some unexpected issue.

Virtually any computer can run Morrowind. The computers with the newer OSs (Windows 7, etc.) might have permission issues. But I think your computer can definitely run it.

Your specs look very similar to the ones of the PC I'm sitting on right now, which can run Morrowind fairly well, with Mods too, although it can be prone to a fair number of CTDs, particularly with mods. I think it's worth a shot, the real issue I see with your PC is the Graphics Controller, which, if I'm correct, like mine is integrated and not particularly great for gaming.
