"Oh..." Janie said, glancing at Monica. "Uhh... D'you think you could drive me home?" She asked Jack.

[AddictedtoMorrowind]

"Who in bloody hell is that?! And why is he riding a horse into an alleyway?" Allakin exclaimed, turning away and running.

[King Acunasti]

Monica took Janie's hand and lay it on her pillow, resting her head upon it and closing her eyes. "You're my best friend."

[Eltee]

"And you're mine. Love ya, see you tomorrow." Janie said, squeezing Monica's hand.

[King Acunasti]

"No!" Monica whined. "Stay! Don't leave me!"

[Eltee]

"They're kicking me out, I'll see you soon, I promise!" Janie said hastily.

[King Acunasti]

"You swear?" Monica asked.

[Eltee]

"With a cherry on top." Janie swore solemnly.

Hallway

Somewhere in Gina's mind, the cat rang a bell. But that part was currently heavily sedated, and thus little more than a inkling of confusion reached Gina's consciousness, and that was summarily ignored, as her sanity induced breakdown was still surging on and off, and she was as such in the middle of gnawing on the pillow.

[King Acunasti]

"Bye bye, Janie!" Monica giggled.

[Eltee]

"Bye!" Janie said, leaving the room.

Holy Cross Hospital

"My car is still being repaired." Jacques told Janie. "But I can pay for a cab."

Gina was rolled into Monica's room, directly beside her. The nurses left the two alone for a moment.

Alleyway, City of Ballarwood

The black horse knocked both of the men to the ground. Meanwhile, the rider appeared to unsheathe a large blade from his belt.

[Eltee]

"Thanks." Janie said. "Just... drop me off at home, I'm so tired."

[Duh]

"Alright, but we have to hurry." Jacques said. "I can't keep leaving work like this."

[Eltee]

"Uhh, you know what. You stay here, I don't want to get you in trouble. I'll just get a taxi myself."

[Duh]

"Here." Jacques handed Janie the required amount of money. "That should be enough."

[Eltee]

"Thanks, Jack." Janie said with a weary smile. She awkwardly kissed him. "So, uh... Bye!" She said, and walked away.

[Duh]

"I'll call you later!" Jacques called to Janie as she left.

[Eltee]

"Okay!" Janie said, as the elevator doors closed. She left the hospital. "Taxi!"

Hospital Room

Gina didn't pay attention to Monica, and sat shuddering slightly, looking panickedly around.

[King Acunasti]

"Hi!" Monica said to Gina in her loopy tone. "Are you staying here now?"

[AddictedtoMorrowind]

"Gaspultuish!" Allakin shouted, dirt and horse hoof muffling his voice. He lay on the ground, hand slowly reaching for his pistol.

Hospital

Gina flinched and turned to look at Monica. Her eyes were bloodshot.

"It hurts... It hurts... I can't think...."
