Some christians (the conservative ones such as Roman Catholics and Jehovah's witnesses) are more likely to be anti-gay as it is what they believe. You do get liberal denominations such ad the church of England that accept homosexuality. It is unfair to judge a religion as a whole. We call that stereotyping.

And marriage hasn't been a religious ceremony for years. Sure you do not need it to show your love for someone but it does show that you are truly ready to commit to one another. It is a religious contract to god for some but to most it is a symbol of commitment.
Well, it says right in the Old Testament that being gay is a horrible sin and they should die etc. Now I don't know about you, but to me that's a pretty strong anti-gay view. Likewise, most historical religions are anti-gay. Buddhism teaches that all sex but vaginal sex is bad sex. I know very well that many, I'd say most christians today do not have anything against gays. But don't say that christianity, or the other religions, AREN'T anti-gay, because they are.

Again that is stereotyping. It's the same as saying all gay men are flamboyant and all lesbians are masculine. Many denominations don't follow the bible word for word. Liberal christians may follow the teachings of Jesus which is do the most loving thing in a sense. Some christians are not anti-gay. The whole religion isn't. It's not fair to judge an entire religion based on its members. The bible was wrote thousands of years ago. Times have changed and some christians accept this.

I find it funny that there are lesbian couples with one feminine, and one masculine female, that say "they arent attracted to men" yet they, dress like guys, get short manly haircuts, have deep voices and have intercourse with toys shaped like male genitals. yet they say they arent attracted to men. same goes for gay guys, If you arent attracted to women, then why does one(if not both) adopt feminine aspects? hypocritical much?

Err...no. The parnter still remains one of the same sex. So no it's not hypocritical. Just because you act in a masculine or a feminine way does not mean that you are a male or a female. As for the sex toys...they're just instrument to spice the sex life up.

Why do men love cars? Why do nerds love nerdy things? Individuality, man. Also, no talk of physical stimulation products. that's going slightly too far with the sexual talk.

Because you're aren't going any further than physical interaction and appearances.

There's a thing called love than goes beyond what one looks like. You've also got personality in there as well.

Also if you're going to be stereotypical, all lesbians are masculine. :P

Humanity has become so fixated on sexuality, it's amusing. It always has had the tendency to dwell on such petty things.
Sexual militancy is in most cases, a futile endeavor. Im only speaking for the current era of course, back when it really was a problem, defiance and self-resolution was necessary.
I'm gay, and my mother and step-father couldn't detest me any more than they do for it. But I couldn't care less.
If someone hates you for something as petty as sexuality, then that shows that I don't care to know them in the first place.
Love is nothing profound. I don't feel any intimate affinity towards other homosexuals, if I was to choose sides between a straight man and a gay man, sexuality would not be a factor.

This seems to be different for others.

Have I posted here before? I don't think so... meh. Anyway, I'm pansexual. I find personalities attractive, though more often, unattractive. I'm not the kind of person who could have a one night stand, simply because I couldn't stand the idea of sleeping with a ditzy, dumb drink, and couldn't stand the idea of not being in a relationship with someone intelligent and interesting.
