There's was a guard in Dawnstar by the mines near the water that walked up to me and said this.
The way he said it made it come across like a double entendre.

Sadly no quote in this game will ever live up to this memorable gem. Guards in Oblivion were just as awesome as they were game breaking, who doesn't love being hunted down by physic medieval drill sergeants.
