Please give your opinion.

It's nice to role-play this. Be yourself. Create a character that looks like you, and let him/her do what you would do.

I chose "Travel a lot, explore the world, but don't fight too much", but I would also join Mage's Guild, and I would do the various "Heilp, heilp" type side quests as I went as well.

I'd probably become a devotee of the Nine Divines. I'd do good works, visit the chapels during service, make pilgrimages, etc.

I'd join the faction that had the coolest outfits, so ideally I'd join the Dark Brotherhood for the shrouded armour or failing that, I'd become a Necromancer, because they have nicer robes than the Mages Guild.

I'd also take frequent clothes shopping holidays in the Shivering Isles.

Shallow, me? Totally! :P

Ask people where the toilets are.
Then, very warily, ask people where the children have all gone.. (how does anyone procreate? do they just appear out of thin air, fully formed)

Nope, I'll keep to leafy Royal Leamington Spa, thanks! Even if I can't stroll down the high street with a shiny longsword ready to deal out 'justice', and even if it doesn't have sassy Dark Elves in it. Well, I haven't found any yet. Maybe they're hiding?

Dark Brotherhood, no doubt.

If that doesn't work out, I'll probably join Mages Guild, graduate with a Magician degree, and travel the world.

I'd try and usurp the authority of the Empire by educating the peasants in the ideas of equality for all until they revolted against their various Counts. Then, as the Imperial Legion was busying themselves by dealing with the revolts, I'd skitter down to the Imperial City and convince the commoners there that the Imperial elite had no business controlling their empire. Eventually the goal would be to have the people overthrow Ocato and the Council and appoint me the new Emperor. Once Counts loyal to me were in place at the various counties, my next step would be to convince them that each of them would be the best leader of the Empire upon my demise. Finally, I would fake my own death (with a little help from the Dark Brotherhood) and as the counts were fighting for control of the Imperial City I'd head over to Sheogorath's shrine, pray to him, and we'd share a nice little chuckle.

That's a pretty good idea...

I bet you I will be the one who will "fake" your death. But Lucien says you have to have someone die in your place. Who would it be?

I would join the dark brotherhood and travel the world killng. Live my life in the shadows. Maybe make some connections in the necromancers guild. Learn a few dark secrets.

Have some fun and be a predator. Be top of the food chain.

*Cough*

Eh. I'd drink beer, take off my pants, and run around town throwing things at people.

In all seriousness, I prefer Magic classes for any fantasy game out there, so then I suppose I'd be a Mage in real life.

For the four people that choose Dark Brotherhood...
Think. Would you kill people like that in real life?
I missed it here.

I would be a bit of a mercenary. I wouldn't have any qualms about killing a minotaur, or a bandit, but I would have a problem with innocents.

If the police system was that weak, yes I would.

Only evil and corrupted people though. Even the Adoring Fan is off of the list.

So, Vesna. You're saying that if you knew you wouldn't get caught, you would kill someone right now?

Only if I was sure that person was pure evil.

EDIT
In all of the guilds, you have to kill someone (except maybe Thieves Guild). How do the bandits feel when you drop in and slaughter them?

Eh, that's a bit different.
In-game quests require you to kill someone, but I only hope to study, not become the Arch-Mage.

I really just can't picture myself killing someone, as both my conscience and religion prohibit me from doing so.

Tamriel is a different world, with different morals and religions.

Do you think you wouldn't be able to if brought up in such a place? jw

I suppose, but you'd be shunned by other members of the community. Of course, that's nothing new to my religion.

Ever had the guys from Jehova's Witness bang on your front door asking..... um...... persuading you to join their religion. I usually answer, "Nope, sorry. I worship Sheogorath."

Since here on earth, god doesnt talk to us (literally) i would completely and absolutly go crazy if the gods in tamriel talk to me but if thy is the Azura, i would certainly become a follower of Azura.
"Back to topic" If i lived in tamriel i would certainly become a member of mages guild simply i love magic :)
