Skyrim for mac?
In your opinion should Skyrim be released on Mac - GOTY edition or normal?

I'm on a macbook pro as well, and it would sure be nice if Skyrim was released for it, but my guess is that it won't be for a while.
Have you tried Boot Camp?

Que the PC Vs. Mac Flamewar!
It is very rare for these kind of games to be released on a mac, especially when the developers have not mentioned it once... Your best bet is bootcamp.

I don't understand what's so great about mods. I think Bethesda did a good enough job without them. Sure, they're nice, but you're not missing out on much, unless they're done really, really well.
On topic, I don't think this will come out any time soon. :/ If at all.

Looking at the games that come out on Mac, ie these games:
I highly doubt it.
(You coulda spent half the amount of money you spent on a MAC that could play Skyrim, a hurr hurr)

I take it you've never tried playing with mods of your own choice? You have to remember that you don't use ALL the mods. You pick the ones that alter the game in a way that will make it more enjoyable for you. They can also fix bugs that bethesda doesn't. You get all new kinds of items and enemies, even new races become available. New zones, new quests. Not to forget the, in my opinion, better controls (i have both pc and ps3, only oblivion on both though). After getting my high-end pc i have never looked back. Basically you alter the game to YOUR liking, making your experience so much better.Witchery wrote:I don't understand what's so great about mods. I think Bethesda did a good enough job without them.
