You know, I think I finally figured out why Kestral posted this. He was worried that the community was falling apart, that nothing would bind us in the metaphorical spider web. So he decided do give us something to bring us all together. In our intense confusion, we were all brought together in our frustation directed towards Kestral.
Thank you Kestral, thank you for this gift.

It isn't that hard to understand. For Kestrel it's fairly straitforward.

So its kind of like Watchmen right? Kestral plays the part of Osimandes and Dr. Manhattan. Destroying half the world as it were killing millions but saving billions? He became the one thing that binds all together so that we may look at his 15th century english and ponder it with more a less a feeling of WTF? Was this an attempt at creating a terrible unforseeable event like 911, Pearl Harbor in the hopes that we all stand united to face this threat?AKB wrote:You know, I think I finally figured out why Kestral posted this. I doubt it, I really think he just wanted to air a grievance or troll for that matter but he trolled using a Shakespearean voice, I am not amused.
"I saw a baby the other day, filthy creatures"
"For no one - no one in this world can you trust. Not men, not women, not beasts."
Points to sword.
"This, you can trust."

I believe that AKB was being sarcastic. Much like your metaphor...
It wasn't even about a grievance though...
They only pop in once in a while, when they are bored, to post in an obscure manner, so that only a few can understand, so that they can laugh at those that do not get it... commonly known as Trolling.

Is Kestral asking for a date? What?
