Yay, I wasn't the only one to vote for Sapphire.

I expect this to go Mjoll-Aela-Babette, in that order, but we'll see. Lydia can certainly post a strong showing without any rallying needed, and she's currently in second. I do have a slight issue with this being called "Lady" of the Year after taking opinions on which woman is the biggest bad-ass. I mean, most of these women aren't the least bit lady-like, and Babette doesn't even meet the criteria of either since she hasn't experienced puberty, even if she is centuries old.

I actually think that Mjoll and Babette would make the ultimate Pedoslaying duo of all time.

Babette is a fun/interesting character but as far as we know she is all talk, no action. Mjoll is an easy choice for me. Ingun Blackbriar has some interesting dialogue and might be a candidate if there was more of a role for her in the game. If I ever get around to doing the marriage thing she might be a candidate.

Back to Mjoll--nice appearance, great voice and accent, phenomenal attitude....and fearless with a Daedric Greatsword.....hard to top that....

In all honestly, Mjoll is all talk as well, unless you get her off her ass and make her go do stuff with you.

In the case of certain badass (or even interesting NPCs), I tend to suspend my disbelief, and choose to believe they do go out and do stuff when I'm not around.

In Mjoll's case, I tend to think she's punching thieve's in the mouth, stabbing nearby trolls, and so on.

In Babette's case, as a 300 year old vampiric assassin who has been with the DB for well over 200 years, I imagine her to be quite capable of sneaking off and poisoning some choice pedos when the fancy strikes her. Also, It is quite obvious that she provides all the poisons to the other DB members when they choose to take a more covert approach.
