Skyrim Upper Class Twit of the Year

It's time to hold the Skyrim Upper Class Twit of the Year competition! First, we need nominations for who would compete!

Nominate your Upper Class Twit of Skyrim on this thread and instead of asking them to wake the neighbor, walk on a straight line, jump over a hurdle of matchsticks, kick the bum, start the car, take the bra off the lady, and annoy the help, and finally shoot themselves (or run themselves over); we will put it to a vote who should be Skyrim's Upper Class Twit of the Year!

Note: the Adoring Fan and Sticky the Annoying Man are exempt from this competition.

Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.
