I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow to the knee.
“Fine day” said the young man.

“Gods!” hollered Zaki, sending the young man flying with a well-placed punch, and dashing away.

Who says that?

Cicero is awesome, partly because of how he says things, aswell as what he says.
Kind of like Sheogorath, except I'd say Cicero's voice is better.

Aside from shiny, clinky gold and doing the fishstick: Do you get to the Cloud District often? Oh what am I saying- of course you don't.

I was in Dawnstar the other day when an Elder Dragon flies in, lands on a nearby building and looks directly at me.

I could hear a woman working the nearby smelter say, "My money's on the big one..."

Luckily for me, she would've lost.
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.

Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Gods gave you two hands. You should use both of them for your weapon (random guard)
You make a fine rug, Cat (random opponent)

and although cured, I still keep getting:
I find your wolfish grin ... unsettling. Reminds me of Lord Vader.

I've never heard him say that, but its hilarious.

My personal favorite is when you kill Mirmulnir and he yells, "Dovakhiin?! NOOooooo!"

The actual ingame emphasis is slightly different, but that's how I always hear it in my head.

Also, the way Sheogorath says my sig always makes me chuckle.
The Wabbajack! Huh? Huh? Didn't see that coming, did you?

M'aiq and Sheogorath are pure gold, everything they say is a memorable quote in any game they're in.

I already posted but this is quite a powerful quote

"He is the pus in the wound. Oh, proper ones curl their noses, but it's pus that drinks foul humors and restores the blood. I worship Peryite, yes, because sometimes the world can only be cleansed by disease." - Khajiit at Peryite shrine
