Skyrim PC Inventory Improvements
Seriously, PC users, CHECK OUT THIS MOD! It much improves the Skyrim Inventory in a very simple, true to vanilla style, yet effective manner. Here's an image (although I think the font can be changed, at least it was different in the video I first learnt about this mod). Nifty huh?

Re: QD Inventory Mod
What is needed, is something like that for containers.

Re: QD Inventory Mod
I think it also effects containers, although the maker does warn that it's only a temporary fix for now, so there might be a performance hit when opening very full containers (which is why I think it effects containers), and that he/she will be working more on it as time goes on.
I'll confirm or deny this after I've installed it and tested it.

Ooh, I do like the condensed style. I still would like a grid inventory but this'll do for the while.

Re: QD Inventory Mod
Grid inventory is the best style of inventory if you ask me, but wouldn't work on the console versions so well.Spiney wrote:Ooh, I do like the condensed style. I still would like a grid inventory but this'll do for the while.

Nah, I've never liked the grid style
I love the Oblivion style list, if only it wasn't so zoomed out, the vanilla would be near perfect for me.

Re: QD Inventory Mod
Just thought I'd do an update, because the new SkyUI Mod has come out and also addresses the Skyrim Menu Interface in a similar manner to the QD Inventory Mod. SkyUI seems pretty similar, although it makes use of some fairly nice looking icons to 'pretty up' the Menu. I'm yet to see much improvement on the basis QD provides, so I haven't bothered to install it yet, but I do know QD is currently experiencing a bug with the Enchanting Menu (which is easy enough to deal with in-game) so it might be worth checking SkyUI out if you're on a PC and haven't installed QD Inventory yet, or would like something a little different. One note, SkyUI requires the SKSE, Skyrim Script Extender. Here's the official video detailing the new SkyUI interface.

Re: Skyrim PC Inventory Improvements
Which actually reminds me of this mod, Better Sorting, which categorises arrows, potions, etc. together, by remaining them so they fall together when alphabetised.
Re: Skyrim PC Inventory Improvements
its really good and is constantly being updated (the better sorting)
