Elder Scrolls Battles.
So I was thinking of how epic fights between canon es characters would be,
Like Ysgramor versus talos/tiber septim or martin septim versus Alduin.
Who do you think would win?
And what else would be a good match up?

Its not a game...not sure how you got that.
Im wanting people to think who has the combat prowess and who could equal them.

I am not interested in this kind of thing. I only pointed out the fact that it is a forum game, and that it will be locked. To save you a bit of dissapointment.

Re: Elder Scrolls Battles.
Mind you, Arena was first envisioned as some sort of Mortal Kombat knockoff.
Funny. The first quarters I was ever cajoled to spend on that stupid game ended up with me playing a blond female clad in green who had her head ripped off in humiliating defeat. Plus ça change...

Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Look, it's nothing personal. It is just a fact that forum games are against the rules.

Re: Elder Scrolls Battles.
well some of the rules on this forum are kinda stupid and the people in charge here seem to have contradicting views on the rules, I got in trouble for commenting on a lore topic because it was suposeivly against the rules to comment on a forum that had been inactive for over a month or something, only to later be told that that rule didnt apply to Lore topics. And even it did apply to lore topics it wouldnt make sense because its also agiasnt the rules to create repeat topics and if new lore where to pop up, then it would be agaisnt the rules to discuss if the topic it would go under if it was older than a month.

Re: Elder Scrolls Battles.
No.
Necro-posting applies to topics that aren't stickies and have been dead for over a month. Lore is usually an exception because there are long on-going discussions there. Duplicate topics apply to topics that have the same subject as an active topic. Since all topics in lore are considered active, there should be no dupe topics. And people make mistakes. It can all be resolved throught talking.
And it's been explained multiple times why forum games aren't allowed. Perhaps you should re-read the rules.
Rynkar: I read your post, and understood it. But I doubt there will be any serious discussion here, as it is an X vs Y thread. Those things always end in spam.

Perhaps you should reread the two comments I have made instead of arguing against everyone for pointless reasons.

Re: Elder Scrolls Battles.
It all depends on the topic, asking questions with definitive answer that got answered a long time ago that got necro'd because someone wanted to add their own two cents ~ not okay. Debate/discussion threads are more open to revival.
Regardless of your intent Rynkar, these threads quickly devolve into "my team's better than yours" whether or not it hits the forum game stage.
If you want to talk about equivalent powers, try making something on theories of military might or a relation scale of power for all beings (Are mortals becoming weaker or stronger since their days as Ehlnofey, is it plausible for any Mortal to ascend to an et'Ada, which incarnation of the Empire had the most influence, etc. things that inherently foster discussion)
