Is This Rig Compatible ?

Post by mcjordalini »

I am planning to build my-self a gaming rig, and I've been shopping around on Newegg and have found all the parts I would like to in my build.

I think they're all compatible and will work together with no problem, but I would like someone who has more knowledge than I do in the building of computers, since I just started to get into it. I will post the links to each of the parts.

Thank you.

I only glanced over it, but the crucial parts all seem to be alright.

Awesome. Thanks. :)

Anyone willing to take a detailed look at it ?

Since you are using fairly low-end hardware, it's all quite simple and there isn't much to worry about. Your Motherboard supports AM3 socket, so it's concurrent to you AMD Athlon II CPU. Your Coolermaster Elite Chassis has an ATX form factor, which corresponds to your Motherboard. Your Power Supply will adequately cater to your chosen specs as well.

It's all quite secure.

My only recommendation is to upgrade your power supply if the budget allows. 500w is fine for now, but if you want to futureproof your rig, i'd go for something higher. Looks good as it stands though. Happy building!
