How do I become a werevulture?

So I got bored with Skyrim and decided to leave, thought I'd head down to Valenwood and find me some werevultures. It took a couple days, but I got there... only now I can't find any werevultures. In fact, I can't find any animals at all, or even trees, for that matter! What gives?

I wanna be a werevulture, dangit. Where do I find them?

You can find them in the Prommel cave.
