What does your character wear?
Re: What does your character wear?
As much as I can't stand the Thalmor, they do have great fashion sense. I'm playing a high elf warrior/summoner, and when he's wandering around outside or in towns, he wears a set of hooded thalmor robes, with the boots and the gloves. In battle, it's Daedric armor all the way, usually with the sword and shield coming out after all of the appropriate atronachs have been summoned. He carries an amulet of Talos around too, just to spite those thalmor jerks.

What's the Mourner's dress, and ow do I get it?
To see the world in a grain of sand
And heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.

This I like.
Though it would probably work better for my female Bosmer.

Full set of Daedric armour that I've enchanted in various ways; although sometimes when it all gets too much Puggles can be found frolicking in the woods as nature intended.

Re: What does your character wear?
My main character, a Nord spell-axe, wears heavy steel plate armor with ebony gauntlets and boots (I think is boots may be steel plate or wolf, I'm not sure). When not in town he wears Otar.
My Dunmer Thief/Assassin wears all Nightingale armor, except for the hood which is the Shrouded crowl. In towns he either wears fine clothes (he likes to show everyone how wealthy he is) or the alikr hood and mourners clothes when he wants to keep a low profile.

Do you mind? I'm doing the fishstick. It's a very delicate state of mind.

Re: What does your character wear?
I wear a mishmash of light armors in the field. Was elven for a very long time, until I started finding glass. I accidentally sold my glass chest armor, though, so I'm back to elven there for the time being. My headpiece is Volsung, though, which always looks horrific whenever my character is going to be seen, and I try to switch to third-person when I'm not crawling a dungeon, so that includes for my own sake. I'm playing an attractive female character; I don't want to see a creepy mask. I change to Fine Clothes outfit -- the blue robe-like one, not the "smoker's jacket" as Dark Spark put it. OTOH, I doubt I would have sold my armor if I had been wearing it...at least I assume that's what happened. Strange coincidence this happened the first time I went to Riften?

Re: What does your character wear?
Usually just my daedric armor, all legendary. The ring that gives the 40% boost to one-handed, and the amulet of talos. I would wear my dragon priest masks, but i am kinda picky most of the time, and have yet to find an outfit that works really well with them. If i had something that worked nicely i would most likely run around with Konahrik all the time. Oh yeah, whenever i go to smith some stuff i wear my blacksmiths robes, cause im just that awesome.

Re: What does your character wear?
I bounce back and forth on a whim. I'll wear either the legendary ancient Nordic armor or the legendary daedric. I've only found about six of the dragon priest masks so far, but i kerep them in my inventory and switch between them during more serious encounters..

He owns a full set of upgraded Dragonscale, but he's wearing a Jester's outfit right now.
What? Haters gonna hate. It's one of the best stealth suits in the game.

Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

Re: What does your character wear?
My melee fighter character has several mixed sets, from which I haven't yet been able to pick my favorite: (1) A set build around daedric armor; daedric gauntlets, and ebony boots and shield, (2) a set build around Savior's Hide; dragonscale gauntlets, boots and shield, (3) a set build around steel plate armor; AFAIK steel shield, nordic steel bracers and steel cuffed boots, (4) light imperial armor, with dragonscale shield. All the sets have somewhat similar enchants; some boost to armor class (light/heavy), health, archery, and nowadays alteration spells.

Plate steel and the Imperial helmet. Makes him look like a Greek hoplite playing knight.

Re: What does your character wear?
I found an almost perfect outfit for my female argonian.
Saviors hide, forsworn headdress, and steel plate boots and gauntlets.
Its functional and attractive. The feathers on the headrest really sell it.

Re: What does your character wear?
What does my character wear? Good question. It really depends on the occasion. For example, if I am slaughtering legions among legions of Imperial soldiers then it be that I wear Imperial armor. As for Stormcloak guards, Stormcloak armor. For Werewolves, I strip down. Get the pattern?

Re: What does your character wear?
Vaermina Robes when around other mages. In cities and when traveling through The Reach or Solitude, I wear a Hammerfall Garb. The cape is very thane-like and fitting for this game's version of Colovia. When I wouldn't want my character to be seen, I wear Volsung's mask. Shrouded Shoes (no armor). And the one essential piece to my wardrobe is a Fine Hat. I never go anywhere without it! I should have picked a better hairstyle...

Re: What does your character wear?
It depends on what my Breton girl is doing at the time.
At the moment, she's a budding assassin. The Forsworn armor paired with stealthy Nightingale boots and gloves. The barely-there armor fits with her at times feral nature.
She's probably get along well with Aela.

Glass armor.Looks great on a high elf.
At the entrance a Fish Speaker stooped and whispered to another: <<God is upset?>>
Her companion replied: <<The sins of the world is likely to disturb even a god.>>
Leto listened them and wept silently.

Re: What does your character wear?
My warrior wears Daedric (Legendary) armor, my mage some mages robes and hood, as well as some regular boots and gloves. My female Nord archer now wears Forsworn armor, boots and gauntlets and a gold ruby circlet. It's certainly not the best protection she can get, but she doesn't get hit often, anyway, and I think Forsworn armor is just the best looking light armor for (human) female characters.

Currently a Mourner's Hat, Adept Robes, Shrouded Gloves, and Dragonscale Boots, accessorized with a chic Akaviri Blades Sword. Nord Samurai, ho!
Does anyone know if you can find unenchanted versions of the Novice and Adept Robes? I know you can find unenchanted versions of the Expert/ Master robes ("College Robes", or something like that), but if I wanted that look, I'd be wearing Master robes anyway.
