I don't know if it is possible to have that many colors haha that's alot oh and I wanted to tell you just so you know it might effect your roleplay Argonians are treated really bad in Skyrim they almost all live on the docks outside of the cities and do hard labor like move boxes and stuff like that.

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Well, my character wants to be as awesome as his ansestors, so he might free the Argonians if there is a quest like that. If there is none, he will brutally beat down the slave owners and kill them.

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Well technically they are not slave owners pretty close to it but I think the Argonians get paid but what I mean to say is you might want to think twice about joining the Empire it is really not your war to fight why should you help either of them when they both treat you like you are nothing my advice is kill the Stormcloaks and Legion and keep your allegiance with people you actually belong with like the DB or TG

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Well, I guess I will just leave the Stormcloaks and Legion alone, I will join the DB and TG and do the main quest, and some side quests, I MIGHT become a werewolf, but I would have to join the Companions... When I marry, (Late in the game) His insanity would calm down, but still kill thos who annoy him.

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Yeah cool just a suggestion if you are going to do TG and DB you might want to do a little rewrite in your backstory and say you wanted to be like your grandfather and bring the DB and TG together as an alliance

Awesome, do you know if you can have finishers with your left hand? Like if you hit the enemy with your sword in the left hand, will it do a finisher?

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
That would make so much more sense if posts in this subforum actually counted...
Anyway, to get this thing back on track - the thing that's awesome for sneaky killing is the Glass Jinkblade. Tiny, light, and those ten seconds can make all the difference. When I have to kill an opponent who's strong enough to bring me down with a single blow I like to sneak up to him and knife him in the back with this thing. Then I can finish him before he can move again (or rinse and repeat, if he has too much Health). It's also really good for fighting multiple opponents, when being sneaky doesn't help much, because as soon as you hit the first guy, the others jump you. With the Jinkblade you can put all of them in time-out and deal with them one at the time - while the rest are watching helplessly...
All in all, I'd say that's a necessary piece of equipement for any Assassin character.

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
My Assassin became an unfortunate victim of drug addiction (you use, you lose!), so I don't have anything to post right now. Riam was a Dunmer, born under the Thief sign, and at level 55 (or 54, I forget) he could shoot wings off flies with his daedric bow, mix a potion that would turn him into a demi-god or slice a Dremora Lord to tiny pieces in less than three seconds. He was the Grandmaster of the Great House Hlaalu and Morag Tong, as well as the Master Thief. He was a pragmatic kind of killer - didn't go for spectacular effects, but for the most efficient solutions, and safe for him.
I didn't RP him all that much, it was mostly about chosing factions and quests that would fit his personality. He didn't have a backstory either, so nothing to share here. I'm sure I will make another Assassin sooner or later (I've been thinking about a stealthy spellcaster type next time, killing his/her victims with magic), and I'm sure the next one will be roleplayed much more - it's so much fun!

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
I know I love roleplaying but yeah once you make that character post him up and if I can suggest giving him at least a small backstory it help's you know what kind of decision's to make and what type of people he doesn't like and stuff like that.

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Yeah, I know that. He was just my first Morrowind character I not only started but actually continued playing and I was still at the "oooh, shiny!" stage, when you have to vacuum everything you find and do every quest and explore every cave.
My new character is a witcher and I have a pretty extensive backstory thought up for him - much better way of playing the game.

Yeah it is and haha I know what you mean with the whole everything is new thing it is fun for a few months and then you start kind of thinking hey I could make him a backstory and he could do this and that haha. So when do you think you will start that other character?

Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
Not for another month or so, I don't like to have more than one character going through the same stage of the game, it can get a bit boring. I want to get my witcher to level 30 (give or take a couple) and then I can start thinking about my magical assassin.
I know already that it will be a Breton lady and I want her to join House Telvanni and Morag Tong - they both make sense for the kind of character I'm thinking about.

Cool and yeah I know what you mean I usually just make one character then pour all my time into him. Well that's cool im excited to see the backstory you come up with when do you think you will make up the backstory?dzio wrote:Not for another month or so, I don't like to have more than one character going through the same stage of the game, it can get a bit boring. Re: For all Assassin roleplayers
What was your guys best kill or kills on a contract or just using your assassin character? Mine was when I went into the Dwemer ruins in the Markarth castle to get the Dwemer alphabet to translate a journal I snuck all the way there without being detected and killing everyone of them with an arrow to the back before they knew I was there then when I got the Dwemer alphabet and 5 mercenaries came out of the double doors below the ledge I was standing on I shot each one with a single arrow and they never even detected me, then I went out to the Mages balcony and escaped through the narrow ledge that led to the waterfull I then snuck out of the city completely undetected.
Also wondering what gods do your assassins worship?

Name:Puss-In-Boots
Age:26
God-What's that?
Hair:Orange Fur, Black stripes
Facial Hair:Downward Mustache, orange
Eyes:Big Green with wide-split puple
Race:Khajiit
Sex:Male
Birthday: Unknown
Personality:Always looking to make a quick bit a coin. Charismatic to the maximum. Friendly to almost everyone.
Body:Medium muscular build
Place of Birth: Somwhere in Elsweyr
Marital Status:Single
Family/Friends:Father: Anyone who helps get coin. Or moon sugar.
My favorite way to play assassin/thief is to join Dark Brother right away. To keep the game at a decent difficulty I refrain from using any alchemy, smithing, or enchanting. I use only duel-daggers. No sword. I get the 15x dagger damage perk as soon as possible to get 30x stealth damage with DB gloves. This way I almost always 1 shot any target dumb enough for me to sneak up on. I don't use a bow (Makes game too easy), and I don't switch to sword for face to face combat (makes game too easy). If I can't win a fight face to face with duel dagger power attacks, I run and hide to attempt another stealth attack (Rarely needed though).
Only perks I use is pickpocket, light armor(small amount), 1h blade / damage perks, sneak, speachcraft, and some lockpick (To make opening doors / chests less tedious and to get the treasure hunter perk)
I found that this type of gameplay lets you play a true assassin / thief class and Keeps game challenging. ( leveling pickpocket, speachcraft and lockpicking raises monster difficulty while not providing bonuses to your combat power). 30x dagger damage lets you stealth kill easy, but doesn't make face to face fights easy as it would if you played with swords.
Puss-In-Boots. Winning.
