Ding Ding! Will Zurmacht got it! heres an explanation:
I deal with both of whom rid and recieve - Helps the Thieves Guild (rids of businesses on occasion) and Dark Brotherhood rids of people. And obviously they both receive payment.
Dealt with both traitor and hero - Mercer and the Player Character.
I Bled MQH - Here's a difficult but descriptive one. Visit the Delvin Mallory page and look at the treasures you take back to him. I rearranged the first letters of them into an acronym (BLED MQH)
And can unveil a treasures past at a glance - Knew the origin of the Elder Council Amulet.
I come from a High place, yet dwell in a place so low......Is a Breton from HIGH Rock, who now lives in the Ratway Sewers.

When you say that there's another hint in the song you're referencing, I can't help but think of the "Milkshakes" song by kelis which has the line "I can teach you, but I'd have to charge." Is it related to a trainer? How about the block trainer Njada Stonarm?
