Change Player model to that of an NPC?

Change Player model to that of an NPC?
I recently hot the PC version of Skyrim so I can use console and eventually mods. I wondered if there was a console command that allowed you to change your character model to be a copy of an NPC?

Not that I know of no ...
But I remember there being in Oblivion a console command that brought the character creation screen up so you could altar your appearance and/ or race whenever you pleased.
