Your Skyrim character VS your Oblivion character
Do you think your Skyrim character at the moment can beat your oblivion one?
I don't think my level 32 skyrim character would be able to due to my Oblivion character at level 35 who has 110 speed and max acrobatic skills and plus he's got some really nasty poisons.Up close my Skyrim character would slaughter my Oblivion character but that would be the only way to beat him since my skyrim character could be easily kited.

Prolly not, speed js the huge issue, all our oblivion characters could run circles around our skyrim ones, though the shouts could counter act that, slow time and storm call would be handy, also unrelenting force if you could keep your cursor on your oblivion character.

Re: Your Skyrim character VS your Oblivion character
actually, in the khajit description at character creation it says they're fast,
anyone know if their movement speed actually is faster than the other races in game?
my oblivion was a khajit with 115 acrobatics (thanks to an amulet i found atop a very high tower wall, left there by some awesome dude at bethesda),
he could jump from the ground onto anything and remain untouchable while he rained down arrows,
but, he didnt use armor, didnt use a melee weapon, so, in a corner, he was useless.

I think my Skyrim Nord assassin could beat my Oblivion Dark Elf assassin but it would be a good fight.

My Morrowind character could beat both my Oblivion and Skyrim characters purely because he could fly...and he was immune to everything...thank you King Helseth...

Re: Your Skyrim character VS your Oblivion character
Well, let's see...
Skyrim Character:
300 HP
300 Stamina
100 Magicka
-Full daedric; ~500 Armor Rating
-Ebony Greatsword enchanted with Soultrap, rated at ~90 Dam per hit.
Oblivion Mage Character
Irrelevent. Has Spells that do 1000 Dam easy in a rather large AoE. No contest, she wins.
Oblivion Warrior Character
~300 HP
~300 Stamina
150 Magicka
-Full Daedric enchanted for Waterwalking, Speed, Water Breathing (so worst case scenario he could hide under water lol)
-A daedric claymore, enchanted for 100% weakness to Magicka and 100HP Drain per hit... meaning two hits can do enough damage to kill Skyrim char. by magic alone...
...I think the Oblivion characters win lol.
Then again, even my Morrowind character could easily dispatch my Skyrim char.

Re: Your Skyrim character VS your Oblivion character
Casandra Serein (Oblivion version): I can shoot better than you.
Casandra Serein (Skyrim version): No, you can't. I can inflict Critical Damage.
Oblivion: I can retreat backwards and extend my range against a charging enemy much faster than you.
Skyrim : But I can slow down time when I zoom, giving me more chances to land a shot before they charge in.
Oblivion: Well, I can maintain that zoom indefinitely.
Skyrim : I can disarm my bow whenever I want!
Oblivion: So can I!
Skyrim : Yeah, if you find someone in that dungeon who is more open to conversation rather than evisceration.
Oblivion: Shut up! I can block with a bow at melee range.
Skyrim : Ouch. But I can beat enemies back with mine.

Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

My Morrowind character is also my Oblivion character, so Nerevarine would win.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

Re: Your Skyrim character VS your Oblivion character
Both being stealth classes, they might never find each other! However, if they did, I'd have to say Neerus (Skyrim) would be defeated by Mekorosi (Oblivion). Both fight in a similar fashion: Focuses on Archery, light armor, and one-handed weapons. Meko has the advantage of being immune to poison while Neer is susceptable to it. Neer has better armor and weapons (being a part-time smith), and takes advantage of dual-weilding a dagger n sword combo. However, he can not block while Meko can, usually carrying a light shield at all times.
Neer would be easily weakened and slain from afar with poison should the two bow-fight. In close combat, Meko's shield would take the majority of damage Neer deals. Even with Histskin active, Meko's Poison can immobalize, soften up, or just plain devastate his honorable descendant.
This is of course excluding perks. With the ranger archery perk, Meko wouldn't even be able to touch Neer, and would fall prey to death by arrow-spam.
