All of them together.
Makes a total of nine.
You will only reach the last.
If you win every time.

Is it the arena ranks? because theres nine all together, from pit dog to Grand champoin. And you only reach the last if you beat all the other ranks.

Boethia's quest, Tournament of the 10 Bloods? Since you have to kill the other nine races in turn to get to the next and ultimately win?

Is it the cave for the Leyewiin annoying-scamps-in-a-staff quest??

(I suspect that's wrong, hence not even bothering to look it up!)

Or maybe the Mage's Guild (or is it Fighter's?) quest about that woman who wants to go and study some artifacts, buy you have to escort her and clear out the cave first?

Or (final random guess!) the quest for the Mage in the Inn that’s pretty much next door to Chadlew Chapel?

No it's not the annoying-scamps-in-a-staff quest, there you'll find a statue of Sheogorath.

The quest with the study-Daedric-artifacts woman is a Daedric cave, so no Molag Bal statue I think.

Ok, I haven't got a bloody clue :) so let's just guess:

Is it Echo Cave, from the last MG quest?? I don't think so, but it's only a guess.
