Dwanum walked to the river and took off his helmet. He wasn't use to the kind of leg work. His specialites were his arms. He dipped his hands in the river and wiped it on his face. After he had a cleaner feel, he put his helmet back on and walked over to the stalls and ordered some mead

The commander walked over to him, a jug of ale in his large, hairy hand. "Ahhh... Dwanum. How are you? Can you come with me please?"

"Fine" He stood up half way and said, "I mean sir, fine sir, yes sir I'll follow"

"Good. Come to my tent please." He said. "So... Has the march been putting a strain on you. Happened to me when I first went to war."

"Yessir" dwanum nodded. "I'm used to be more of a mining man, stood in one place the day with no armour.

"Yes. I know about that... and about Arunomun Eran. Your overseer. I'm afraid that he's been spotted.... in Belegost. Looking for you and your wife. I've got the guards on the lookout for him. We'll try to protect your wife."

"understood sir, I'll keep an eye open."

"Ha ha ha." Laughed the Commander. "You misunderstand me. I have guards looking for him in Belegost. Not here. He wouldn't be stupid enough to come here. He's wanted in more that a few places for his work ethic."

Dwanum laughed. "Phew, scared me there."

[POMC S117]

"But, he is desperate and he may hire some bandits to come with him. Anyway, we'll make sure that he's caught before he harms your wife."

As Dwanum was walking out of the tent, the Commander rested a hand on his shoulder to stop him. "Be careful. And... can you tell me why he wants you?"

"Depends, are there restrictions on the dwarven army's soldiers?

[POMC S117]

"Nevermind, I know anyway. I was the shopkeeper. Undercover you see."

[Imp]

"Ah, understood."

[POMC S117]

"But, you deserved that gem. For over... what, 15 years of payment?"

[Imp]

"Wow, it has probably been about that long. I am happy I did it."

[POMC S117]

"Now go. There's a bonfire near the river, a huge one I think. Warm yourself up. We have a huge trek tomorrow."

"Yes sir." Dwanum walked over to the fire with the mead he ordered earlier in his hands and sat back, enjoying the warmth

Neptu picks up the note and hands it to renraku while he checks it over. "crap. Neptu set up traps around the perimeter then come back." renraku said when he finished reading "we will need to stay here tonight."

He then took off the rest of the night and went to bed.
