Buying Hjerim Help
Alright so I was able to complete Blood on the Ice and did BOTH parts (I am to understand that it bugs sometimes for folks? or so Ive been told) Do I really need to get mixed up in the Civil War inorder to buy this house?

No, you may have to do the Jarl quests tho...
