Aha, that's a trick question. You wanted me to say Sithis, but, in fact, Sithis is NOT a god. He's older and deeper than that; he is the Formless Void itself, and is to mere gods what mortals are to them. Hail Sithis.
So it's a tossup. I've always loved Azura. Lorkhan is pretty awesome, although he's long gone, and I've always had more respect for Talos than any other of the Aedra, save perhaps Kynareth. Sanguine, Nocturnal, and Dibella are pretty cool, too.

I am fond of Kynareth and Lorkhan, as far as Aedra go. Daedra wise, my heart belongs to Sheogorath and Vaermina.

For the Aedra, I like Arkay the most, with Akatosh being a close second. For the Princes, Bal and Dagon....I can't choose between them!

Deadra are gods that did not wish to participate in the creation of the world. Aedra are the ones that did.

Yes he is, but would you agree that the Daedric lords are also gods or at least very close. The Daedric Lords also interact with mortals far more than the Divines do. OT: I like Stendarr and Julianos for the Aedra, although Talos, particularly the Nordic interpretation, is up there. As for Daedric Lords, I like Peryite; pestilence and proper order are just too good of a combination to pass up.
