The Dragonborn Emperor

Many of us RP our current characters as eventually becoming Emperor, myself included. So I ask the following:

0- What is his backstory?
1- How does your Emperor come to power?
2- What happens when he does?
3- What changes does he make to the Legion and the military as a whole?
4- What changes to the Empire?
5- How does he deal with Hammerfell? Morrowind? Black Marsh?
6- Plans against the Thalmor?

And of course, anything else you feel you should add.

He's a man who's spent his life in solitude after witnessing his parents being killed by bandits.
He joins the legion works his way up to legate, then eventually general. In the meantime he fulfils his destiny as Dragonborn. After he defeats Alduin he receives a vision from Akatosh who explains to him that the reason the Empire is in trouble is because one of his blessed, Dragonborn isn't on the throne. He goes back to the legion & his man servant & close friend Cissero advises him that the army is behind him, should he wish to fulfil the second part of his destiny. After receiving a very powerful weapon made by the combined blood of the divines & not wanting to risk his soldiers. He marches singlehandedly marches on the Thalmor & obliterates them. The emporer then receives a vision from Akatosh in which he advised that he should abdicate in favour of the Dragonborn, which he does, but the Dragon asks him to stay on as regent & chief advisor. He deal with the other provinces by installing influencial natives of the provinces as overseers. After helping with internal struggles of the provinces including a Daedric invasion of High Rock, a plague in Elsewyr & Necromancers in Hammerfell, he is proclaimed the most popular emperor in history. Upon his death bed the avatars of all the divines descend upon the imperial palace & overview his apotheosis in to the 10th Divine.

My character is Breton, descendant of wealthy family from Cyrodiil, his parents were killed by marauder argonian clan which he destroyed when he grew up. He was accused of murder and arrested, then skyrim main questline happens, then he helps legion, becomes companion, becomes werewolf, cures from were wolf, starts seeking wisdom, joins winterhold, finishes winterhold questline, still seeks wisdom, starts to get chim, finds out akatosh and lorkhan are parts of one, finds out thalmor hate talos because he mantled lorkhan, wants to help lorkhan ascend back to his place, goes on a single man war with thalmor, asks psijic order for help, they help him, reactivates Numidium with help of eye of magnus, conquers Nirn, mantles becomes emperor, after his death he joins talos and ather shezzarines, lorkhan revived...and then fight against aedras and daedras to bring true justice!
