Red number on skills menu

Got a red number on the skills menu for Archery, but when I zoom into the perk constellation it shows my skill level to be 45. In the past red numbers meant something was being negatively modified, but I don't have any negative modifiers on the active effects screen. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried praying at a shrine? It might just be that the negative effect isn't showing up, but is still active.

Tried that and no change. Other than the red number being there and the value being 20 points lower than what it actually is, there is no affect on game play. I can still zoom in and i've got the slow time perk as well. So far it's just some screwey line of script. I'll update if anything changes. Thanks.

Probably just a glitch. Have read that if you level up that skill it will go back to normal.
