Neat Easter Egg
Due west of Winterhold, inside a glacier, is a mammoth with a bunch of Dwarven arrows. Just south of that is a Dwarven structure sticking out.

Re: Neat Easter Egg
Saw that too. An awesome sight to behold.
Re: Easter Eggs!
I was going to post this on the talk page:
About time someone spoke out against all the false easter eggs!
'''The knights of the nine''' is '''NOT''' an easter egg
'''The white tower''' is '''NOT''' an easter egg
nor is
Old orc, Throw voice, Calipers (though I agree this one is ment as a joke it's NOT an easter egg), Pirate Skull and Crossbones Shadow or The man who cried wolf (so old of a saying that it "probably could be dated back to TES:Arena, meaning it's already an old saying in Skyrim's age")...
Definition:"Easter Eggs include inside jokes, pop culture references, and any similar reference to something outside the Elder Scrolls games."
Note the word "OUTSIDE" ppl and try to grasp it's meaning if you can. This means that even though something is funny/good (like the Calipers joke f.ex), if it's not an easter egg it doesn't belong on it's page. "But we cannot not have these things on the wiki!?" some would say. I agree, it would be pretty stupid not to mention it somewhere, somewhere ELSE than the easter eggs page, maybe as a note on the quest/item/person page, or it's closest relevance?
Oh, and what happened to "M'Aiq the liar" on the easter eggs page? Though he may not be an direct easter egg he was/is considered one in Morrowind so why not here? The easter eggs page for Morrowind even mentions that he's in Oblivion too, but the Oblivion page mentions nothing of him. What's going on here?

Re: Easter Eggs!
Also can someone please explain to me how these two are relevant to "Wait, "Swedish heavy metal" is a thing?":
Also, the character Anders could be a reference to one of the main characters in Dragon Age II, another RPG.
Or maybe he could be a referance to my neighbour, another Anders! This connection is so thin I'm wondering if not it's written by a 7 year old...
Also, quest names "In my Time of Need" and "A Night to Remember" could be references to song from Opeth and live album from Evergrey, both also as Katatonia swedish metal bands.
Maybe the quest "Dragon Rising" is a reference to the game "Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising" or the quest "A Blade in the Dark" might be to the movie by the same name from 1984. Because essentially the two last ones by me make just as much sense as this one. The only reason why it may look legit is because of the good arguments layed down for Anders Nyström and Katatonia above it, but this doesn't necessarily mean that one is free to build further upon it by adding Opeth and Evergrey just because two quest in the game bare the same names. "A night to remember" is even a common phrase...
Come on, for Skyrim's sake, can we please rid ourselves of these pathetically argued "easter eggs"???

On the south-eastern road from Riften to Morrowind, there's a bridge if you keep following to the right of the bridge is a waterfall and under that water fall lies a dead Khajiit!! With some gold.

Re: Easter Eggs!
There is a cave which is a reference to Star Wars: it contains frost trolls and there is a skeleton hanging upside-down from a patch of ice on the ceiling. There is a steel greatsword underneath the skeleton that damages stamina (I think) and it glows green. For those of you who don't know, this is a reference to Luke getting captured by wampa, although it seems to have turned out worse in the Skyrim version.

I found that recently, but had no idea what it was a reference to.
