It seems like Beth has a hate on for the War Axe

So far I haven't been able to find anything other than the Headsman's Axe, which although classified as a War Axe still requires wielding in two hands.

Ancient Dark Blood Axe/Kruziik Vul Sos Hahkun: A normal axe, transformed into a blood thirsty battle axe, after years and years of hatred from and to others, it later became blood thirsty after its user Renco Gro-Aren lost it and couldnt take the abuse of others around him anymore, so then he slaughtered his entire village, but it never ended, not even after meeting up with the Cartels and others. Shouting Diivon Ko Vokun Maar, which engulfs opponents in a void of darkness filled with terror, driving anyone who can survive it into eternal insanity. Speculation is that sheogorath taught Renco to unleash his weapons true power.

Even though its just enchanting a weapon there is always a way to make it cool/interesting.
Give it a back story, how it relates to your character, you could even find a hard dungeon put the weapon at the end, wait for the enemys to respawn and achieve this weapon.

For some reason I had a feeling bumping might be against the rules on this forum. I've never really gotten why forums have no bump rules. I would assume that it is better than posting a new topic (it is on the forum I moderate for) and what is the point of a forum if questions go unanswered all the time?
